Uchiha Yuan's Ambition

The battlefield was always full of uncertainty.

Uchiha Yuan and the others had already encountered three waves of Kirigakure Shinobi in no time.

The Uchiha Clan did not consist entirely of ninja. Some clan members could not become ninja, and these people naturally had a class conflict with those who could.

Of course, the Uchiha Clan's ninja did not deliberately oppress them. On the contrary, the Uchiha Clan's ninja took very good care of these civilians. It was simply that the two groups were born with a class divide.

Although after the Third Great Ninja War, the Police Force had been short-staffed, and most Uchiha Clan members had been concentrated in the First Squad, while the other squads recruited large numbers of ninja from other clans and civilian ninja, the other squads were still controlled by the Uchiha Clan in the end.

The Uchiha Clan still had the final say in how the squads acted and whom they arrested.

The Police Force wielded enormous authority. Even Konoha Prison was under its jurisdiction, which meant that almost no one could restrain the Police Force's power to enforce the law.

This caused the Police Force to act without the slightest scruple, even creating many unjust and false cases. Those who were wronged had no way to seek redress, so they directed all their anger at the Uchiha Clan.

As a result, the reputations of both the Police Force and the Uchiha Clan in the village grew worse and worse.

The third issue was the Konoha High Command's propaganda campaign. The Uchiha Clan had already offended many people through the work of the Police Force, while the Konoha High Command controlled public opinion in the village.
