Han San initially appears as a fiercely protective disciple of Jade Little Sister. He takes Tang Qinghe's insults toward his master personally, insisting that a master's principles matter more than strength. His resentment toward Tang Qinghe grows rapidly through their repeated confrontations. 4 8

After learning of his father's death, Han San falls into profound grief and emotional collapse. He later confronts Tang Qinghe alongside Xiao Wu, establishing a rivalry that repeatedly escalates into direct combat. 14 16

Jade Little Sister teaches him a cold-power cultivation method and sends him to register his spirit at the Martial Soul Hall. Han San views Poison Ivy as a capable control-type martial soul, but considers his Han Family hidden weapons and an unknown second martial soul to be his true advantages. 10 18
