Many divine artifacts bore the divinity of their corresponding gods, but artifacts were ultimately just objects, incapable of acting on their own. They were usually merely weapons and symbols of status for Chosen of God or high-ranking members of a church.

As far as he knew, nearly all Good Gods could grant divine spells to their believers. Their incarnations inherited some of their true bodies' traits, so it was impossible for them to be incapable of Spellcasting.
