Background

Lota transmigrated during the Beginning of Heaven and Earth and became the Dark Overlord. More than a thousand Eons later, while secluded on Mudu Continent with his servant Morit, the System in his soul finally activated. He possessed talent in the Law of Darkness and concealed his true strength, while directing Morit to secretly protect the newly ascended Demigod Beirut without interfering in genuine life-or-death trials. 1

He later established influence through envoys and followers. After observing Kakqi's potential during a spar with Morit, Lota offered Kakqi a position as his envoy along with a Sovereign Artifact. 11

Lota ordered the eradication of the Four Divine Beast Families in the Dark God Realm and Hell after conflict with them. Christine, his foremost fallen divine angel, led the assault in the Dark God Realm. 30 Lota subsequently fought the Four Divine Beasts and Augusta, killed the Four Divine Beasts with Ilitana's assistance, and retained their essence blood for his own research. 48 50 53

Personality

Lota is calm, self-assured, and difficult for even fellow Overlords to read. He treats favors as little more than political pretexts among the powerful and refuses demands that conflict with his own priorities. 50

He is intensely research-driven. His study of the Four Divine Beasts' essence blood led him to lure powerful god-level beings to the God Tomb, transform experimental subjects, and pursue fusion between their bloodline essence and his own Origin Bloodline. 91 99 104 110 111
