Background / History

Ancient Moon Village and the Escort Team

Tail shared time in a cave with Fang Yue and Tian Dan Zhi Yuan Wu before appearing among the refugees accommodated at Ancient Moon Village. Unlike Tian Dan Zhi Yuan Wu, she initially had no Talent. Fang Yue sent her and the other refugees to the recruitment market while keeping Tian Dan Zhi Yuan Wu beside him 100 145.

She subsequently worked as a horse feeder and joined Fang Yue’s escort team, claiming her Lifespan reward in advance. She later remembered this period as her happiest time in the game: Fang Yue protected her, Wu Wu entertained her, and she could shop and watch events without carrying the responsibilities she would acquire later 145 870.

Extreme Ice Sect Trial

In Mo Village, Tail spent time with Ni Dongmei, an elder of the Extreme Ice Sect, and received a hidden trial quest offering a route into the sect. The quest revealed its instructions one stage at a time and eventually led toward hidden ruins in Maple Leaf Forest. Sheep Anomalies and roaming Giant Head Blood Hounds left her temporarily trapped there 259.

Tail secured a place in Master Liao’s hunting party after speaking with him privately. Later, she and Fang Yue investigated a cliff whose bottom was believed to contain the entrance to the Abyssal Anomaly Ruins. Ni Dongmei’s apparent instruction to jump was unsafe: Fang Yue concluded that Tail would have died from the fall before reaching the entrance 275 279 300.

During the ruins incident, Tail was reported killed, and Fang Yue confronted Ni Dongmei over her apparent death. He considered asking that Tail’s replacement character be admitted to the sect. By the subsequent discussion of Spiritual Roots, however, Tail was present, her Virtual Spiritual Root had awakened, and she was preparing to leave for the Extreme Ice Sect with Ni Dongmei 287 298 300.

Sect Responsibilities and the Blazing Fire Sect War

Qi Ba Jiu identified Tail as a Pillar of Destiny and the Extreme Ice Sect’s last hope after losing her own cultivation potential. Tail nevertheless acted independently, approaching the Fifth Princess to negotiate outside assistance. She argued that the sect’s worsening position against the Blazing Fire Sect required intervention before she could reach Rain Grade 870.

Tail avoided inviting Fang Yue into the sect during preparations for war, fearing that doing so would drag him into the conflict. When the Blazing Fire Sect declared war and Tail was expected to fight despite her injuries, Fang Yue planned to take her away until she recovered 882 893 894.

By the later assault on the Capital City, Tail was identified as the Extreme Ice Sect Master. Despite remaining injured, she decided to return to the city 965.

Capital City Crisis

Tail entered the devastated Capital City seeking Fang Yue and the people he cared about. After learning that the You Mansion had been destroyed, she reached the confrontation at Cuckoo Bird Tower, where the “Seventh Prince” held Fang Yue’s body 996.

Believing the system still recognized Fang Yue as alive, Tail took his apparent corpse away and hid with it. She fell into despair when his status changed and the body fragmented, only to witness his resurrection and advancement to Rain Grade 998 1000.

Fang Yue drew the Rain Clan’s Third Prince away from Tail to protect her. She wanted to assist, but Qi Ba Jiu restrained her because of her severe injuries. After Qi Ba Jiu exhausted her strength, Tail insisted on continuing with Fang Yue, who promised to keep her safe 1001 1004.

Tail later activated Qi Ba Jiu’s possession mode during the battle against the Black Rain Clan’s Fourth Prince. She then accompanied Fang Yue and Captain Wu to the rooftop of Qing Gao Tower, where they confronted the battle surrounding the Phoenix King and Queen 1011 1012.

Personality

Tail is ambitious and willing to take risks for advancement, claiming her escort reward early and pursuing a dangerous sect trial despite initially lacking a Talent.
