Xu Huo helped evacuate the Ya tribe children and sabotaged the cloning operation before traveling to Platinum Eye to commission items. He then entered The King's Gemstone with Yan Jiayu, Li Kun, and Duan Cheng, where they investigated the missing gemstones and Gemstone City's execution laws.

• Xu Huo sent the twelve children into hiding, told Bai Jing where to find them, contaminated the clone nutrient solution, and left the burning new city.
• Xu Huo sold the water-maker with Li Kun in Platinum Eye and reunited with Yan Jiayu, who visited the Mechanical Castle with him and Tu Xiaoxiao.

Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu uncovered the truth behind Gemstone City’s missing artisans and recovered its stolen gem, then followed the mystery of Moon City’s white gemstone back to the Black Gemstone mine. The arc left Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu at the mine, where Duan Cheng and Li Kun had already entered and a doll-like figure might have been a modified human.

• Yan Jiayu and Xu Huo investigated the artisans’ disappearance, performed at the Castle, and used the banquet to explore its rooms and obtain official access.
• Xu Huo uncovered Ai Li and Ai Shan’s account of the Doll Man, then learned from the King that the Queen’s dolls had come to life after receiving Black Gemstones.
• Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu found the stolen gemstone among black ore and discovered that the missing artisans had been killed and buried beneath the rose trees.
• After clearing the Dungeon, Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu fought Players who attacked them, while Duan Cheng and Li Kun split from them to pursue their own search.
• Xu Huo traveled to Moon City and learned its history of the beautiful white gemstone, including the theft, its return, and the conflict that followed.
• The young King gave Xu Huo the hidden white gemstone, and Xu Huo escaped Moon City as Players tried to seize it.

Xu Huo cleared the King's Gemstone Dungeon, pursued research and alliances in Platinum Eye, and survived repeated attempts on his life. After receiving the Zoetrope and leaving Bai Kou and Xin Rong, he traveled to E25-026 and entered its eastern slums.

• Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu searched the mine for the Most Beautiful Gemstone, fought the doll people, and found the gemstone before Yan Jiayu took it toward Moon City.
• Xu Huo rode to Platinum Eye, helped the Poisoned Person, sent Little Pink Hat back to her Dungeon, and met with Xin Rong and his group to discuss machinery, materials, and Bai Kou’s past.
• Bai Kou tested Xu Huo’s mental abilities and brought him to a laboratory, where he used an activation machine and raised his activation rate above 85 percent.
• A Player attacked Xu Huo at Xin Rong’s home, and later Xu Huo survived an auction-house poisoning and killed Zeng Lou, who had tried to assassinate him.
• Xu Huo foiled a woman’s attempt to approach him, then joined Bai Kou for dinner and heard her discuss Dr. Wu and the role of Evolution.
• Xu Huo received the A-rank Defense Artifact Zoetrope, used it to spot another attacker, and fought alongside the law-enforcement team as the player escaped into a Random Instance.
• Xu Huo said goodbye to Bai Kou and Xin Rong, traveled to E25-026, and killed the men pursuing a boy in the eastern slums.

Xu Huo used his mental powers to break the factions exploiting District 026’s slums and force Central City to share its water and shelter its residents. After helping the children and other residents leave the slums, he departed for Card City Station as news arrived of another Super Artifact.

• Xu Huo sheltered the homeless boy, fed the slum children, and used his growing mental powers to defeat the Players who attacked the inn.
• Xu Huo investigated the water shops and Underground Palace, then went to Bai City and killed members of the Eagle Organization involved in human trafficking.
• Xu Huo traveled to Rain City and persuaded Mayor Song and its Players to join him in addressing the slums’ water shortage.
• In Central City, Xu Huo confronted Shaja and the city’s leaders, defeated their resistance, and secured an agreement to share water and take in slum residents.
• Xu Huo reunited with the boy and his injured brothers as Central City’s convoy arrived, then helped evacuate the slum before its demolition.
• Central City arranged for nearby cities to take in the residents, and Xu Huo helped a boy search for his old home before leaving District 026 for Card City Station.
