Second-Phase Intensive Training
The Asauchi in Koume's hand began to change; the hilt turned purple, and the guard became round with three sharp triangular decorations. It was done, which meant that Muramasa had approved Koume.
"Whisper, Muramasa," Koume whispered.
Muramasa knelt down on one knee and materialized in front of Koume. Koume helped him up, and Muramasa stood behind Koume without saying a word, subtly protecting Koume.
"Captain-Commander Yamamoto, I'd like to let Koume get used to Muramasa's power for two days before taking her to Soul Society," Urahara Kisuke said, using the title of Captain-Commander to indicate that he was reporting this to Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto.
"Alright, Urahara Kisuke, I have high hopes for you." Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto turned and left. After being out in the World of the Living for so many days, he had to return to Soul Society. "Take good care of Sawada Tsunayoshi."
Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto's narrowed eyelids still held a deep sense of horror. The combination of Sawada Tsunayoshi Urahara Kisuke might, in the distant future, create something that could replace Zanpakuto.
Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto had figured it out; he could always be quite tolerant of these rising stars of Soul Society.
Byakuya Kuchiki returned to Soul Society with Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, while Tatsuki took Tsuna back to the Sawada to recuperate. The rest of the group gathered at Uranoen Store.
Upon returning home Tsuna lay in bed for a day and a half, exhausted both physically and mentally from several days of meticulous care.
Tsuna walked out of the room yawning and immediately saw the food kept warm in the pot, while Tatsuki was asleep on the sofa.
"Huh? Tsuna, you're awake?" Tatsuki was only in a light sleep, and she woke up immediately at the slightest noise.
"Thank you, you've worked hard." Tsuna brought out the food and said to Tatsuki with a smile. Tatsuki must have put in a lot of effort to ensure that Tsuna could have a hot meal whenever he was sober.
"You're working way too hard, not stopping for so many days," Tatsuki complained softly.
"There's no other way; if we stop, all our previous efforts will be wasted."
"You must tell me if something like this happens again," Tatsuki said, pouting. She didn't forbid Tsuna from doing similar things again; she would support Tsuna's decisions without reservation, as long as she could stay by Tsuna side.
"Okay, after we finish eating, let's go to Urahara Shop."
Tsuna quite likes this way of getting along with Tatsuki. A peaceful and simple life has always been his pursuit. No rush, take it slow. After resolving the Quincy issue, they will have plenty of time to accompany each other on their journey.
At Urahara Shop, only Jinta was minding the store when the door was opened.
"Are you alone?" Tsuna asked.
Jinta rolled her eyes in annoyance. "Isn't it just me? Who do you think is the reason? The spiky-haired guy?"
Tsuna awkwardly rubbed his nose. He then remembered that Jinta and Koume usually ran the shop together, and without Koume, Jinta was all alone.
When Jinta said this, there was a hint of sourness in his voice. He was quite envious of Koume for obtaining Zanpakuto. The two of them often played around, but now that Koume had Zanpakuto, he was no match for her at all.
Tsuna noticed the dejection in Jinta's eyes. He gently patted Jinta's head and softly comforted him, "Don't worry, you'll have it too. Just be patient and wait a while."
Tatsuki followed Tsuna's steps into the underground space, teasingly saying, "I didn't know you could fool people like this now. You're not going to try to fool me with these crazy ideas, are you?"
"You're overthinking it. I'm not kidding. His Zanpakuto has been prepared for a long time, but now is not the time to take it out."
In the underground space, the clanging of swords clashing continued incessantly. As soon as Tsuna went down, he saw Koume beating up Ichigo.
No, it was Koume Muramasa beat up Ichigo Ichigo, wielding Zangetsu, fought and retreated, seemingly struggling to hold his own.
"Ichigo's life is getting better; he's even able to be Koume's mentor now, just like you were back then."
Tsuna sat down next to Urahara. When he first started using Zanpakuto, it was Urahara and Yoruichi who trained him and helped him master Zanpakuto power.
"It's just to let Koume get used to fighting Muramasa. Ichigo uses Getsuga Tensho, she won't be able to stop him," Urahara said with satisfaction, covering his face with his folding fan.
After observing for more than a day, Koume Muramasa's relationship was very stable, and Muramasa even took the initiative to block Ichigo's attacks for Koume on several occasions.
Urahara judged that, in terms of loyalty alone, this new Muramasa had far surpassed the Muramasa.
"Your life is getting better, with people even bringing you tea and water." Tsuna nodded to Red Princess as she put down her teacup.
"If you want it, you can have Koume summon your Zanpakuto."
"No, I wouldn't dare let those two serve me tea." Tsuna refused without hesitation. It would be fine if the Decimo Boss didn't pour hot tea in his face, but Byakuran was being merciful.
"What's your plan? Just have Koume call that guy out?" Urahara asked.
"Let's wait a bit. Let's settle everything in Soul Society first, then I'll have some time to train," Tsuna said.
"That's true. What teacher is more suitable to teach you than Zanpakuto?" Urahara smiled and took a sip of tea.
"That's right. Go to Soul Society and materialize all the Zanpakuto of the Vice-Captain and above, so they can train with each other. That way, I won't have to run all over Seireitei anymore, and I won't have to betray Old Man Yamamoto's trust."
Tsuna, under the guise of mentor, had to guide the Bleach every day to improve their strength. When he was truly out of ideas, Tsuna would personally step in, and his battles were the Bleach's best source of experience.
Tsuna has already planned it out. The next stage of training will be called "Deepening Blade Zen Training." No matter what, all Bleach must try their best to make their Zanpakuto trust their masters.
This is no easy task. Even a Zanpakuto as powerful as Ryūjin Jakka would harbor resentment towards Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, but Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto suppressed it with his overwhelming strength.
Upon seeing Tsuna's arrival, Ichigo voluntarily stopped training. As he walked over, Tsuna joked, "Ichigo, you're not so great either. How come you're getting beaten up by two newbies?"
"It's different for them to fight two at once. If you're so capable, call out Old Man Zangetsu and see what happens." Ichigo wasn't embarrassed at all. In terms of swordsmanship, he didn't have any advantage. His fighting style was all about brute force.
"Come on, even if you summon your sword spirit, it's still three against one. That's Muramasa's ability to fight." Tsuna shifted his gaze to Muramasa and asked, "How does it feel?"
Muramasa was taken aback. He remembered that Sawada Tsunayoshi had been the one who had contributed the most to changing masters, and that capturing him from the very beginning was for this purpose.
Muramasa's gaze fell on Koume. It didn't seem so unacceptable for her to be this master's Zanpakuto.
"Thank you." Muramasa didn't say anything else; those two words were enough to express his feelings for Koume and Tsuna.
"As long as you two get along well," Tsuna said, turning to Koume. "Koume, how about you come with me when we go to Soul Society? You're a key member of the next training phase."
"Kisuke told me to listen to you," Koume said. When facing someone she knew like Tsuna, Koume wasn't shy at all.
"Ichigo, you're on vacation next week, so go to Soul Society. I'm planning to have Muramasa help you with some new training," Tsuna reminded Ichigo.
"Huh? Muramasa here, why can't we start right away?" When it comes to training, Ichigo has nothing to be afraid of.
"There's not enough time." Tsuna didn't explain much; the best way to deal with Ichigo was to simply present the facts to him.
Ichigo's eyes darted around. He wasn't stupid; Muramasa's ability was to materialize the spirit of Zanpakuto. For Ichigo, that meant finding Zangetsu and Old Man Zangetsu, right?
Ichigo decides to try practicing Blade Zen tonight so Tsuna Tsuna he sees him next week.
Tsuna had no idea what Ichigo was thinking. After spending half a day at Urahara Shop checking on each of his friends' training progress, he returned to Soul Society with Koume.
Tsuna first took Koume to the First Division. After seeing that Koume had fully mastered the power of Muramasa, Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto was very pleased. After Tsuna left, he issued an order from the First Division.
When Tsuna returned to his mansion in Soul Society with Koume, the First Division's orders had already reached all the other divisions. The general content was that all Bleach participating in the training camp must be present at the assembly the next day and could not be absent for any reason.
This is a decision Tsuna has already made; he plans to begin materializing his Zanpakuto with the weaker Vice-Captain.
For these Vice-Captain, materializing their Zanpakuto is the most beneficial. If someone's Zanpakuto doesn't object to its master, they might be able to learn Bankai.
"It Ikkaku the training schedule for tomorrow has been adjusted."
Yumichika and Ikkaku also received the news, and as the main people in charge of the training, the two of them immediately met to discuss it.
"Let them adjust it then. I have nothing more to teach them. They've just been forcing the Zanpakuto through battle," Ikkaku said nonchalantly. He could already guess who was behind the training adjustments.
In fact, Ikkaku's training content has become very simple by now. It is to constantly train in battle to force out the potential of the Bleach. Combat is what Ikkaku is good at. Both he and Renji have mastered Bankai in exhausting battles.
However, to be fair, Ikkaku really had a blast during this training period. He couldn't find an opponent in the entire Soul Society whose strength matched his, and yet, this opponent couldn't refuse his challenge.
As Ikkaku could think of, so could Yumichika. Looking at his Zanpakuto, he said, "Speaking of which, this Instructor Sawada is truly amazing. Every change in the Seireitei is related to him."
The Squad 11 no longer discriminates against Kido Zanpakuto, especially after witnessing Yumichika's power with the Ruri'iro Kujaku. Squad 11, with Yumichika Kido their first elected leader.
"Yes, the overall strength of the Bleach Reapers has improved a lot."
Ikkaku also focused his gaze on his Zanpakuto. After it began to receive the returning power of Hozukimaru, the material of Hozukimaru had begun to change. It was neither metal nor wood, and its toughness far surpassed that of the wooden stick it used to be.
As the person in charge of training, Ikkaku personally witnessed the changes in the strength of the other Bleach in Seireitei. Apart from Hanatarō, who disliked fighting, the strength of the others was increasing every day.
