Expedition Candidates
"Expedition to Hueco Mundo!!!"
Some people still haven't fully understood everything Urahara said before, but they understand the matter of the expedition to Hueco Mundo.
Especially Isshin and Byakuya, they are all too aware of the significance of the expedition to Hueco Mundo. In the past, the Soul Society's use of force against Hueco Mundo was a major event.
For a battle of this magnitude, the discussions alone would require countless meetings with the Central 46, and the preparation time would be measured in years.
How come it sounds so simple coming from Urahara, like he's just going next door for breakfast?
"Is it strange? This was part of the deal between Tsuna and Aizen last time. We're just going to take back what's rightfully ours," Urahara said calmly.
Faced with the sudden concentration of gazes, Tsuna simply smiled and nodded in acknowledgment.
The others were somewhat speechless. It was understandable that Tsuna was stronger, but what they didn't expect was that Kyōraku agreed with Urahara's statement so easily.
"I agree. We can't be fully prepared for war while constantly on guard against Hollow attacks. It would be better to take control of Hueco Mundo once and for all."
Kyōraku remained calm, because he had already discussed these plans with Urahara Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, and even Ukitake knew a little about them.
"So that's why you had the Vice-Captain attend the meeting?" Kyōraku quickly made the connection.
"The main fighting force in Hueco Mundo right now consists of the Espada of the Espada left behind by Aizen. Most of them are stronger than the captains who have just learned Bankai."
"And now, the Vice-Captain of our Gotei 13 have almost completed their Bankai training. The Espada are a good whetstone."
"My suggestion is to find someone whose strength is unmatched to lead the team, and let the Vice-Captain handle the rest, while the captains remain in Soul Society to train Beyond Bankai."
When Urahara Kisuke said that his strength was overwhelming, everyone's eyes fell on Tsuna. It just so happened that Tsuna was also the instructor of all the Vice-Captain, so it was appropriate for him to step forward.
"I have no objection. What about those who disagree? I have no interest in slowly wearing them down," Tsuna asked.
"Those who want to live and make Hueco Mundo a better place can be kept alive; those who resist can be killed directly." Kyōraku decisively set a bottom line; now is not the time to slowly change the Gillian's personality.
"That's fine then. What about the management staff? Any suggestions?" Tsuna continued, "We can take them along this time."
"My idea is for the Arrancar to manage the Arrancar; they'll be more likely to gain respect. We Soul Society members can just oversee them." Kyōraku thought for a moment. "Let Nel go. Like Ginjo, she's a member of our Inquisition and trustworthy."
"Besides, hasn't Nel been studying laws related to humanity? Since she wants to make Hueco Mundo a better place, she should take action."
"As for the person in charge of oversight... staying in Hueco Mundo for so long is like being exiled... I've got it!"
Kyōraku turned to Rangiku and said, "Gin Ichimaru is being Hueco Mundo to Hueco Mundo for one hundred years. If there are no problems during his exile and his term is completed, he will be allowed to return to Soul Society as an ordinary Bleach."
Rangiku was stunned. She hadn't expected that Gin Ichimaru's affairs were involved here. Since she was now Gin Ichimaru's guardian, it was appropriate for her to make the decision.
A century sounds like a long time, but Rangiku knows that Kyōraku has already shown leniency. If it were the old Central 46, Gin Ichimaru would have died countless times over.
"No problem, I'll follow the Captain-Commander's orders!" Rangiku bowed and thanked him.
"Is one Gin Ichimaru enough?" Urahara asked with a smile.
Kyōraku scratched his head, somewhat troubled. Gin Ichimaru's actions were somewhat understandable, arguably a form of revenge for Rangiku. As for Kaname Tōsen and Kakyō's affair, too much time had passed, making it difficult to gather strong evidence. Most importantly...
" In Soul Society... there's no one Kaname Tōsen likes right now..."
This is Kyōraku's real reason for not letting Kaname Tōsen go. Without a way to restrain Kaname Tōsen, he would never let Kaname Tōsen go. It's not that Kyōraku couldn't find the time; Kaname Tōsen even be in Muken with Aizen.
Hearing Kyōraku's explanation, Rangiku blushed slightly. Wasn't Gin Ichimaru such a good idiot at hiding things? How did even the Captain-Commander know? If the Captain-Commander knew, wouldn't the entire Seireitei be in danger?
As the person who relayed the message to Kyōraku, Tsuna made a V sign behind his back. Of course, sweet moments are only truly appreciated when everyone's fighting together.
Sure enough, some people immediately started to jeer.
"Oh ho? Rangiku found a boyfriend too? Gin Ichimaru? Let me think, isn't he that genius from the 3rd Division?" Isshin covered his mouth and teased, "You have to treat me to a meal sometime!"
"Captain Isshin, honestly, you didn't even invite us to your wedding!" Rangiku immediately retorted.
"Vice-Captain Matsumoto, rest assured, I will definitely train a qualified Vice-Captain within a hundred years."
Toshiro added insult to injury, saying that if Gin Ichimaru Toshiro a hundred years later, Rangiku Matsumoto would definitely step down, and he had to train a more reliable Vice-Captain than Rangiku before that happened.
"Ah!! Even Captain, you're mocking me!" Overwhelmed by the power of his strength, Rangiku could only poke Toshiro's shoulder in anger. She dared not pinch his cheeks now, for fear of being hurt by Toshiro's cold aura.
"I have another idea. We haven't caught Tokinada Tsunayashiro yet, have we? Kyōraku- nii, why don't you go and talk to him about it? When we find Tokinada Tsunayashiro, let him be the one to stab us first. What do you think?" Tsuna asked.
"Hiss, that's a bit too harsh a condition. If I were Kaname Tōsen definitely agree," Urahara said.
Kaname Tōsen dedicated his entire life to avenging Kakyō, especially after joining Aizen. He was practically a real-life example of someone willing to fight the whole world for you.
Let Kaname Tōsen lead the charge and deliver the first blow, even if it costs Kaname Tōsen his life.
"We can consider it, but for now, let Gin Ichimaru hold the fort. We'll talk about Kaname Tōsen later," Kyōraku said.
"That's all for now. Tsuna, I'd like you to lead the Vice-Captain to reclaim Las Noches and hand over the management of Hueco Mundo to Nel, with Gin Ichimaru in charge of oversight."
Kyōraku made the first decision and then asked Urahara, "And then, is there anything else we can do?"
"What everyone needs to do is to improve their combat power as much as possible, to Beyond Bankai. Hell will also recognize that. At the very least, the head of the Kitetu Clan said that the Chains of Hell cannot touch me," Urahara Kisuke said.
"I understand, I will urge the captains again," Kyōraku said.
"Is Beyond Bankai that important? Looks like I'll have to give it a try."
Yoruichi overheard Tsuna's mutterings, "Didn't you always use Hakuda?"
"Idiot! I have Zanpakuto too, okay? Otherwise, how do you think I became a captain during the old man's time in power?" Yoruichi said irritably.
At that time, being able to Bankai was a necessary condition for her to become a captain, but since Zanpakuto was not as useful as hand-to-hand combat, she temporarily gave it up.
Unfazed by Tsuna and Yoruichi's antics, Urahara continued discussing his plans with Kyōraku.
"Because the head of the Kitetu Clan provided a great deal of information about Hell, I will begin some research on Hell. As for the Wandenreich, Kurotsuchi Mayuri has already made some initial progress, so there shouldn't be any problem with me withdrawing."
"Yes, make a copy of the relevant information and send it to the 8th Division," Kyōraku said. As the former captain of the 8th Division, he understood the importance of intelligence all too well.
"Of course," Urahara continued, "My research mainly focuses on Resentment, trying to use the Resentment collected from Hell and Ichigo and the Ichigo ' new forms to develop a widely usable type."
"It doesn't need to be as powerful as Ichigo's and the Ichigo ' forms. It just needs to be like the Shadow-Infusion Medicine, so that Bleach won't be affected by the unperceptible Resentment."
"Since Tsuna is going on an expedition, Ichigo, I'll have to trouble you for the next while."
The Ichigo nodded naturally, "No problem."
There's nothing more to say here; it's time to end this meeting.
"Everyone, you are already aware of the future crises. Besides the Wandenreich, Hell is also lurking in the shadows. War will definitely break out within the next twenty years."
"Please do your utmost to improve yourselves. The stronger we become, the more certain we are of future victory."
"That's it, let's adjourn the meeting!"
After Urahara finished speaking, the people living in the World of the Living lingered for a long time. Urahara was a good place, and Isshin others had already begun to inform their families to come here to participate in their own training.
Tsuna then walked over to the Vice-Captain. "Rukia, please go back and inform all the Vice-Captain who have learned Bankai, as well as Ikkaku and Yumichika, to gather at Sōkyoku Plaza."
After the Sogyoku Hill was destroyed, the rebuilt plaza was called Sōkyoku Plaza.
"Is Gin Ichimaru in your care?" Tsuna asked Rangiku.
"Hold him on my back, he won't dare to cause any trouble!" Rangiku said, patting the waves.
"Alright, let's go back to Soul Society."
After a brief farewell to Tatsuki, Tsuna returned to Soul Society with several Vice-Captain. Upon arriving in Soul Society, Tsuna immediately headed towards the Inquisition.
The Tribunal is easy to find; just locate the Sokyoku Hill, the highest point in the Seireitei. To minimize the distance to the trial, the Tribunal is situated right next to the Sokyoku Hill.
Upon entering the gate, there was no bustling crowd; in fact, it was rather deserted. Having just experienced a great battle with the Soul King Palace and felt that terrifying spiritual pressure, coupled with the complete martial law imposed on Seireitei, very few people would dare to commit any offenses at this time.
Even though there was nothing to do in the courtroom, Nel sat in the highest seat, dressed neatly, quietly turning the pages of her book.
Her clothes were a complete replica of those worn by World of the Living judges; she was learning not only the law, but also the attire and trial procedures in every aspect.
Nel was on duty all week, which is why Ginjo had time to appear in the World of the Living.
Hearing footsteps approaching, Nel to put on her non-prescription glasses, thinking it would make her look more professional.
"Name, occupation, age, what crime was committed...?"
Nel out her usual offhand remark, only managing to stop herself after seeing Tsuna, "Sawada Tsunayoshi? What are you doing here? Is this illegal too?"
