All the reconnaissance techniques the council civilizations had once known had become useless in this unfamiliar region of space. The desolate, empty cosmic backdrop and its chaotic mix of radiation and microwaves had completely overturned the council civilizations' established understanding. Their attempts to survey the outside world were like trying to scan the horizon with a magnifying glass.

A sudden, exceptionally fierce strike had caught them off guard, inflicting heavy losses on the council coalition's vanguard. Amid the urgent alarms, Reilo, who had been on edge all along, finally let out a breath of relief.

Within the radar's detection range, every fluctuation in Law Power or energy triggered a directional scan. After a brief survey, the Academic World had formed a preliminary estimate of the number of enemy ships in the Superhuman fleet they had encountered.
