Chu Chen initially develops his System through check-in rewards gathered by people connected to his network. Early acquisitions include A-Rank Item Creation, increased mana, and Class Cards, which he studies for their construction and possible applications. He refuses to use rewards that would require cross-dressing, even when they could offer power. 3 11 13

After obtaining Nanoha’s character template, he extracts its magic directly and begins expanding the System Network across worlds. He can enter worlds where he has deployed systems, as well as worlds visited by his agents; he generally prioritizes high-level worlds and intervenes personally when his people need help. 24 33
