Poseidon’s Chosen Successor

Poseidon named Bo Saixi, bestowed her Sea God Martial Soul, and watched over her from childhood. He originally intended her to inherit his position. However, he later sought a successor capable of elevating the Sea God Position to God King level and the Golden Trident to a Super God Tool—achievements he believed exceeded her potential. He privately resolved to pass the position to her if no better successor appeared within a hundred years 202 203 204.

Bo Saixi belonged to the same era as Tang Chen and Qian Daoliu. After parting from them, she returned to Sea God Island, became its High Priest, and remained there for decades. She understood that her duties included sacrificing her life for the eventual Sea God inheritor 56 200 240.

Xu Fan’s Notebook

Bo Saixi follows Xu Fan’s writings through a mysterious notebook. Early entries lead her to condemn Tang Hao’s alleged treatment of Ah Yin. Although unfamiliar with the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eyes and immortal herbs, she considers Xu Fan’s claims about them likely to be true 4 23.
