Background

Ning Rongrong is the young miss of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. Before meeting Xu Fan, she leaves the sect with supplies prepared for a prolonged stay away from home, motivated by the possibility of obtaining a hundred-thousand-year soul bone and Celestial Herbs. She decides that Shrek Academy is not worth attending after learning more about its circumstances. 5 10 20

She arrives in Heaven Dou City intending to meet Xu Fan, hoping both to obtain Celestial Herbs and to win his attention. Upon meeting him, she openly declares that she fell in love with him at first sight and chooses to follow him alongside Dugu Yan and Zhu Zhuqing. 39 42 43

Her departure from home eventually brings Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Gu Rong to Xu Fan's residence. The reunion is tense because she left without informing them, but her family becomes increasingly receptive after witnessing Xu Fan's strength and potential. 69 70 71
