Background / History

Xie Xie was among the three remaining members of Eastsea Academy's Class Zero when Huo Yuhao transferred into the class, alongside Tang Wulin and Gu Yue. He immediately recognized the significance of Huo Yuhao's name, associating it with the Spirit Ice Douluo from ten thousand years earlier. 53

He became one of Huo Yuhao's earliest sparring partners. In their first practical battle, Xie Xie and Tang Wulin coordinated against Huo Yuhao, but Xie Xie's speed and dagger techniques were decisively countered. Though shaken by the difference in strength, he responded by fighting even more fiercely rather than giving up. 54
