Background / History

Longya is one of Uzushiogakure’s ruling Clan Elders during a period of severe pressure from other shinobi villages. He regards the village’s survival as the priority and seeks outside assistance, including increasing mission rewards to draw Konoha shinobi to Uzushiogakure. When Uchiha Ao fails to arrive as expected, Longya is prepared to personally go to the Uchiha compound and plead for his help. 44 49
