Yakushi Kabuto's expression shifted. He knew Hanfu himself had arrived, but business was bustling, and he simply couldn't spare the time to attend to anything else. All he could do was give him an apologetic smile before happily getting back to making Oden Stew.
The Konoha Izakaya didn't quiet down until two in the afternoon.
"Jugo, close up the shop," Yakushi Kabuto said with a beaming smile.
"Got it."
Jugo had been busy all morning and was drenched in sweat, but he looked thoroughly content. This was the kind of life he'd always dreamed of.
Kimimaro blinked his innocent eyes and hurried over to help.
"This way, sir," Yakushi Kabuto said with a smile.
Yakushi Kabuto wasn't stupid. He knew Hanfu wouldn't have come to see him in person without a reason, but since Hanfu had let him keep making Oden Stew, the matter clearly wasn't urgent.
"Business is good. Looks like I won't have to subsidize you anymore."
Hanfu was in a good mood. All his Shadow Clones in Otogakure had dispersed, and the memories they'd sent back hadn't revealed any other left arms. So unless something unexpected had happened, the arm in the basement had to belong to Uchiha Shin!
The two of them went down to the basement. Hanfu's Shadow Clone had woken up and was standing motionless beside the arm.
"My lord, this arm..." Yakushi Kabuto spotted the left arm floating in a specially formulated liquid at once.
"I stole it from Orochimaru. It's of tremendous research value!" Hanfu said earnestly.
Yakushi Kabuto looked at him, baffled.
Hanfu gave a cheeky grin and said mysteriously, "The owner of this arm is called Uchiha Shin."
"A shinobi from the Uchiha Clan?" A look of surprise flashed in Yakushi Kabuto's eyes.
Orochimaru was a Missing-nin from Konoha. Why
