In a medical room on the third floor, Naruto lay on a bed, groaning. His pants had been pulled down to his knees, exposing a bottom mottled with red, purple, and green bruises. Beside him, a nurse expertly picked up a piece of cotton with tweezers, dipped it in alcohol, and began cleaning the wounds on his backside.

"Ow! Ow!"

Naruto cried out in pain. It hurt three times worse than when his dad beat him. "Grandma Keiko, go easy on me!"

The nurse cleaning his bottom was Grandma Keiko.

"You're a man, aren't you? How can you cry out over a little pain? Naruto, hang in there!" Grandma Keiko said, working quickly to distract him.

"But it really hurts."

Naruto's tears were almost soaking his pillow. He complained, "Grandma Keiko, why aren't you using Medical Ninjutsu?"

"The ninja who brought you here said not to use Medical Ninjutsu on you," Grandma Keiko replied. "Naruto, did you do something wrong and make your dad angry?"

Naruto nodded, tears in his eyes.

"Your dad wants you to learn your lesson so you won't make the same mistake again," Grandma Keiko said knowingly.

"But, but..." Naruto was miserable.

It was all Teacher Hanfu's fault!

If he hadn't come up with that idea, Dad wouldn't have hit him.

And he wouldn't be in such a sorry state!

Naruto had barely finished swearing to himself when Hanfu appeared at the speed of light.

He pushed open the door and saw Naruto's bare bottom. He was delighted, but fortunately, he'd been learning to control his facial expressions from a young age. He managed to hold back his laughter and asked with a pained expression, "Oh! Naruto, what happened to your bottom?"
