Background

Lu Xueqi is a Xiaozhu Peak disciple under Shuiyue and the junior sister of Lu Jiuyuan. Fenxiang Valley seeks her hand in marriage for its disciple Li Xun, praising her beauty and cultivation; the proposal visibly shocks her and angers Shuiyue. Lu Jiuyuan publicly rejects the arrangement, declares his claim to Lu Xueqi, and she reciprocates by embracing him and affirming that she is his woman. 1 2

Personality

Lu Xueqi initially presents herself as cold, disciplined, and sparing with words. She keeps most people at a distance, maintains a composed demeanor in public, and takes her responsibilities as a Qingyun cultivator seriously. 5 21 43

Beneath that reserve, she is deeply protective and compassionate. She personally shields a child from a demonic beast, comforts her despite being unused to close contact, and supports Lu Jiuyuan when his spiritual power is depleted. 21 22 29
