Background / History

Xiao Wu enters Nuoding Academy as a work-study student and immediately challenges Dorm Seven’s boss, Wang Sheng. After defeating him, she declares herself the dormitory’s new boss and demands that the other students call her “Sister Xiao Wu.” 17

Her attempt to impose the same authority on Qian Renyu ends badly. Zhang Zhuan restrains her when she attacks Qian Renyu, and Qian Renyu’s bodyguards beat her on his orders. The conflict develops into a prolonged pattern of intimidation and punishment, leaving Xiao Wu fearful of Qian Renyu while still openly resentful of him. 17 18 19 24
