Rus Wang then told the Light Dragon King all about his homeland on another continent, Zheer Continent, as well as how he had come to be involved with Dragon Valley Forest over the past two hundred years.

If an Elf tries to force their way past level thirty during that period, their body will suffer irreversible damage."
Rus Wang told the Light Dragon King the data Elena had collected over the past two hundred years while serving as the principal of an Elf primary school.
"You were right to protect the Elves and kill Soul Beasts. In fact, it was absolutely the right thing to do. With our Dragon Race and the Beast Race both facing the threat of the Heavenly Tribulation, and humans coveting Soul Beast Soul Rings, we need an ally we can win over. There's no better choice than a race that can advance without Soul Rings, one we can protect from the time they're at their weakest. The faith power on you proves you've done well."
The Light Dragon King pointed a foreleg at Rus Wang, indicating what he could see on him.
"But Rus, remember: the path of faith power won't work. Otherwise, some insects would have gained Soul Power, become Soul Beasts, and gone on to become the strongest gods long ago."
"Thank you for the reminder, senior."
The Light Dragon King then looked at the map of Folded Ear Continent Rus Wang had spread on the ground. He used a branch to sketch the rough shape of Dragon Valley Continent in the damp earth.
"Now, let's talk about the Star Luo People on Dragon Valley Continent. The gods of the Divine Realm must be arranging all of this. Their goal must be Dragon Valley World, and the remaining treasures of the Dragon Race."
The Light Dragon King pointed his branch toward Zheer Continent.
"One day in the Divine Realm is a year on the mortal plane. Though it's a long way off, whoever's behind this kind of upheaval probably doesn't care much about the Divine Realm's ridiculous rule against interfering with the Douluo Plane. The moment any change grows from a minor trend into a major one, they'll notice and erase it. They've used the Heavenly Tribulation to do it once, and they'll certainly dare to do it again."
"Your rescue of me, Rus, was a minor change that could be allowed. But the Star Luo People conquering Dragon Valley Continent is an irreversible major trend. If they want the Sun Moon Empire to unite the entire Douluo Continent, then they must also want the Star Luo People to occupy all of Dragon Valley Continent within the next few centuries."
"What do you mean, senior?"
Rus Wang looked at the Light Dragon King and asked.
"Delay them. Whether the Star Luo People take over all of Dragon Valley Continent in three hundred years or in more than four hundred, the overall trend is irreversible. But that difference in timing gives us room to make more minor changes. Besides eliminating select members of the human race's upper ranks and strongest fighters, we can move all the Dragons and some of the Beast Race's most valuable members to Zheer Continent, a land untouched by humans. Then, when the time is right, we can work toward the Dragon Race's revival."
As he spoke, the Light Dragon King bared his teeth in a pained grimace and lamented,
"To be honest, you're the only Dragon under five hundred thousand years old still alive on either Dragon Valley Continent or Zheer Continent. It makes me afraid to play any of my cards. Even if I took the risk, I wouldn't have many to play. A strategy of delay is the best way I can think of to make the most of you, Rus, and deter the humans' Titled Douluo."
He then weighed the Fixed Soul Guidance Cannon Rus Wang had set on the ground for him to see and said, "To be honest, I could see its terrifying potential at a glance. If the humans keep developing it and increase its power, it could pose a serious threat even to beings like you, who are six hundred thousand years old."
"It hasn't appeared yet, but that doesn't mean it won't in the future. When you return, Rus, you need to have the Elves and the hundred-thousand-year Soul Beasts speed up their efforts to master the techniques for making and using these Soul Tools, and to develop new ones."
Rus Wang nodded.
"Rus, in the past four hundred years, has not a single fellow Dragon come from the Douluo Continent?"
The Light Dragon King sighed. Then, as Rus Wang was packing up, something occurred to him, and he asked.
After all, the Dragon juniors who had communicated with the Light Dragon King over the past tens of thousands of years had mostly come from Dragon Valley Forest on Dragon Valley Continent. Not one had come from anywhere else. Rus Wang was the first fellow Dragon from another continent, which made him think of Star Dou Forest on the Douluo Continent.
If the Light Dragon King remembered correctly, the remains of the Water Dragon King and Fire Dragon King had fallen there. And when the Asura God had cleaved the Dragon God in two, one of the halves—the silver figure—had fallen there as well, along with many surviving Dragons, such as members of his wife the Dark Dragon King's lineage.
Logically, there should have been more Dragons there than on Dragon Valley Continent. Surely they would have sent some Dragon juniors to make contact. They couldn't have spent all these tens of thousands of years sleeping and doing nothing, could they?
"Hmm... In the past four hundred years, judging by how the Turquoise Dragons and the others have been constantly beaten down by humans and the injuries they've sustained, I'd say no Dragon has come from the Douluo Continent."
"Is that so? But it doesn't make sense. Surely the Dragons in Dragon Valley Forest weren't wiped out by the humans first?"
The Light Dragon King stopped pondering the matter and began teaching Rus Wang some of the secret techniques the Dragon Race had used to dominate the universe, ones Rus Wang could put to use now.
"Although that traitor was indeed the most skilled when it came to space, the Dragon Race didn't rely solely on his abilities to conquer the universe of the Douluo Plane. Many Dragon Race treasuries contain books on arrays related to spatial teleportation."
The Light Dragon King then carved a complicated runic array into a flat boulder and handed it to Rus Wang.
"Carve this spatial teleportation array somewhere hidden. Once you channel Soul Power into it, it can transport you and five hundred Soul Beasts from one place to another, up to eight thousand kilometers away. For the Dragon Race or Beast Race to use this array safely, they need at least four hundred thousand years of cultivation. When you leave, have your kin and the Beast Race prepare to avoid retaliation from the Star Luo People. Then return to Zheer Continent at once and link the two continents by establishing spatial teleportation arrays. That will save us unnecessary travel time from then on."

Rus Wang packed up and took his leave, departing through a spatial rift. The Light Dragon King's Dragon Soul then changed from its dragon form into a more energy-efficient cloud form.
