Background / History

Rus Wang originated in the 21st century as an ordinary white-collar worker before becoming a Seer Elf. In his new life, he resolved to use the advantages granted by his system, dragon status, and created spirit race to become king of the Zheer Continent rather than remain passive against humanity. 4 26

He became the guardian of the Elves—whom he initially called “Pointy-Ears”—in the northern Zheer Continent. He killed Soul Beasts that preyed upon them, relocated survivors to the Levant Region, and introduced farming, language, copperworking, and other human technologies. Under his protection, hundreds of Elves developed soul-power reactions above level twenty without acquiring soul rings. 2 3

Rus Wang later met the Female Water Dragon, Thalassa. Their shared dragon language confirmed his connection to the Dragon Race; they became mates and had five children. 3 7

Rule of the Levant and Elf Kingdom

Rus Wang established himself as the ultimate authority of the Levant Region after conflicts between Elf village alliances escalated. He built a temple at a river confluence, convened the elders, standardized barter using copper, and founded a trade center that became Temple City. 5

After a major war engulfed the region, Rus Wang waited a year before arriving with eight giant dragons and purging the tribes that had started it. The event was recorded by priests as “Divine Punishment.” 7

Over the following sixteen years, he rebuilt the region and transformed Temple City into Ravenna, the royal capital of the Elf Kingdom. His reforms included: 7

Rus Wang entered the Dragon Valley World through the claw-mark array and met the Light Dragon King, who regarded him as a vital variable and eventual savior for the Dragon Clan. 22

The Light Dragon King entrusted him with secret dragon techniques, a spatial teleportation rune array, and the responsibility to develop Soul Guidance technology among the Elves and high-level Soul Beasts. 23

Following the Light Dragon King’s death, Rus Wang was recognized as the acting leader of the Dragon Clan. The dragons of Dragon Valley Forest later regarded him as their Dragon God after his million-year breakthrough. 81 84
