Governance

The realm is divided among the Seven Sovereigns of Hell, who govern its five continents and two oceans. All seven are Chief Sovereigns of Destruction. 34

The Bifu Army maintains authority around Floating Cloud Mountain. Its green-lotus insignia is recognized by local deities, who immediately flee rather than challenge it. 34

The 108 Asuras of Hell, including Prefecture Lords, occupy an elite status among Hell's god-level inhabitants. Luo Ya's appointment as Lord of Yanye Prefecture places him among their number. 86 93

Society and Danger

Hell is repeatedly described as a realm where survival depends on strength. Saint Realm beings are treated as insignificant; tribes generally refuse to shelter them, leaving them to survive alone. 35

• Luo Ya first expresses his desire to explore Hell after learning that it is a real Supreme Plane rather than a legend. 6
• After reaching the Midgod realm, Luo Ya travels to Hell with Milia and Morti through the Valen Plane's interplanar teleportation array. They arrive at Floating Cloud Mountain on Bifu Continent. 33
• The group witnesses Hell's scale, dense elemental energy, and pervasive violence before joining the Soth Tribe for temporary protection. 33 34 35
