Rhine Empire.

Chiyang City was the southernmost city in the Rhine Empire, situated right at the border between the Chiyang Desert and the Sunset Mountain Range.

It was also considered one of the Yulan Continent's more unusual places.

The Sunset Mountain Range, the Magical Beast Mountain Range, and the Dark Forest were the Yulan Continent's three great danger zones. Naturally, they drew countless warriors and mages to train in the Sunset Mountain Range;

Likewise, though the Chiyang Desert was not the most famous danger zone on the Yulan Continent, it was still quite dangerous.

The year-round drought and lack of rain alone were enough to stop most people in their tracks. Even some low-level warriors and mages would struggle to last long in the Chiyang Desert, to say nothing of the unusual magical beasts that lived there.

However, at the border between the Chiyang Desert and the Sunset Mountain Range, a small tributary of the Yulan River flowed out of the mountains west of Chiyang City, forming a small, level area lush with water and vegetation.

Countless tributaries of the Yulan River formed a dense network of waterways, sustaining countless lives across the Yulan Continent. It was the continent's mother river. And it was because of this small tributary that Chiyang City had been built here.

At that moment, in Chiyang City,

the streets were bustling and lively, filled with constant clamor.

Warriors could be seen on the streets from time to time, as could mages accompanied by their contracted magical beasts.

As one of the most convenient cities in the Rhine Empire from which to travel to the Sunset Mountain Range, Chiyang City was never short of warriors and mages, unlike most other cities;

after all, mages were quite rare.

"Meng, it looks like we really aren't on Blue Star anymore."

The thin, sharp-faced man gazed at the crowds around them, his eyes unfocused as he muttered.

For one thing, the way people here dressed was nothing like how people on Blue Star dressed.

And were those people over there actually riding magical beasts?

How could humans and magical beasts coexist? It was hard to imagine such a thing on Blue Star.

Had they stepped onto a jade platform—or perhaps some kind of Magic Array—and left Blue Star?

It all felt unreal.

The man at the front forcibly suppressed his shock and said in a low voice, "Remember what that Saint-level expert said? If we want to leave, we have to go to the Dark Forest!"

"For now, let's gather information and figure out where we are!"

The man at the front spoke cautiously.

Deep down, he was also feeling a little excited. Perhaps they had stumbled upon a tremendous secret.

A seventh-level warrior might not be especially powerful, but in the Rhine Empire, he could still obtain a high-ranking military post.

Even in Chiyang City, a seventh-level warrior was considered quite formidable.

The man at the front walked up to an old-fashioned shop. Warriors and mages of all kinds were constantly going in and out.

After a glance, he stepped inside.

As soon as he entered, a staff member came over to greet him.

Though the man's clothes looked a little out of place, people in this world dressed in all sorts of ways. Perhaps there was somewhere where people dressed just like him, so the staff member treated him no differently.

"Sir, how may I help you?"

The staff member smiled as he asked. The man was clearly a warrior, and was bound to be planning a training trip to the Sunset Mountain Range.

There were plenty of people like that in Chiyang City. Any one of them might be the heir of some great clan, so the staff always welcomed everyone with a smile.

"What do you have here?"

The man didn't ask directly. He began with a question.

"Are you heading to the Sunset Mountain Range, sir?"

The staff member smiled, his tone brimming with confidence.

The Sunset Mountain Range?

Where was that?

The man wondered, but kept his expression unchanged. "Yes."

"Then you've come to the right place, sir. Traveling to the Sunset Mountain Range is extremely dangerous, so you must be well prepared. Whether it's maps, weapons, or anything else, we have it all here, and our prices are absolutely fair."

The staff member's smile grew wider. People making these training trips were all very wealthy.

"And you can rest assured, sir. Our shopkeeper is a sixth-level warrior himself and has traveled to the Sunset Mountain Range many times. The maps here are all completely reliable."

The staff member kept pitching his wares.

"."

Before long, the group had gathered again.

Everyone looked a little conflicted. They were worried, but also somewhat pleased.

Though they still couldn't completely figure out the situation they were in, they had learned a little about their circumstances. They could be sure they were no longer on Blue Star.

The thin, sharp-faced man suddenly spoke up in a low voice. "Did we 'travel to another world'?"

"We traveled to a world with the same cultivation system, but far more advanced than Blue Star."

The thin, sharp-faced man added.

At least, that was what he had seen.

None of the others disagreed.

"Meng, what do we do now?"

Another man asked.

"Let's find somewhere to stay first."

After a moment of silence, the man at the front spoke.

His thoughts were in disarray, and he didn't know what to do next.

He also felt as though they had traveled to another world, but something seemed different. He couldn't put it into words.

Did they have no choice but to find a way to go to the Dark Forest?

Though he hadn't looked into it carefully, he could tell from the snippets of information he'd gathered that this Dark Forest seemed to be an extremely dangerous place, much like the Sunset Mountain Range.

And it was a long way from where they were.

"Travel to another world?"

Beirut had been keeping an eye on them the entire time, so of course he had heard what they said.

He had never heard that expression before, but it wasn't hard to guess what they meant.

"I wonder how this Magic Array was activated."

Beirut narrowed his little eyes, growing more and more curious. Perhaps he should find a Magic Array master to take a look.

Magic Array masters held high status in the Divine Planes and were welcomed by every faction. The more formidable ones could easily use Magic Arrays to trap—or even kill—beings on the level of Seven-Star Fiends.

He knew of a few powerful Magic Array masters, but none of them were in Youlan Prefecture. Finding them would take some time.

Blue Star.

After sending the group to the Yulan Continent, Fang Yun returned to the convenience store.

Nearly everything Fang Yun had now came from Manifestation. He could be said to have taken a complete shortcut. So even though becoming a Sovereign had changed his level of existence, his mindset was still nothing like that of a Sovereign who had lived for countless years.

If he hadn't suddenly realized he could somehow open a passage to the Coiling Dragon World, the first thing he would have wanted to do was explore Blue Star from end to end.

But the sudden appearance of the Coiling Dragon World had captured Fang Yun's attention.

After all, Blue Star paled somewhat beside the Coiling Dragon World in terms of excitement.

It was like watching ants play: the bigger ants were naturally more interesting.

That was how Fang Yun saw it now. Even if he wanted to travel the world, the one he was more eager to explore was the Coiling Dragon World. After all, he was a Sovereign now. Even the Divine Planes, so dangerous to Gods, posed almost no threat to him.

So for now, Fang Yun's focus remained on the Coiling Dragon World.

Perhaps he should choose a few more beings with decent talent and strength to send to the Yulan Continent. Five people were simply too few.

They would probably be killed as soon as they encountered a powerful magical beast. If that happened, he might not be able to learn anything about the Yulan Continent from them.

The best option would actually be for him to go there in person. However, his Sovereign Clone couldn't descend to the Yulan Continent, while his true body was only Saint-level, with limited strength.

Of course, he still needed to figure out Beirut's attitude.

Once he knew what Beirut was thinking, he could take his Saint-level true body to the Yulan Continent without much trouble, so long as there was no danger;

but if he wanted to travel from the Yulan Continent to a Divine Plane, his Saint Domain True Body wouldn't be strong enough.

Unless his Saint Domain True Body used Willpower directly, or borrowed the Sovereign's Might and Law Mysteries of his Sovereign Clone. But if he did that, any Sovereign would probably realize that he had a Sovereign Clone.

With no shortage of Sovereigns of Light, the appearance of another Light-style Sovereign would draw every Sovereign's attention. After all, the number of Sovereign Sparks was fixed.

That would be bad news for him.

So until he had sufficient strength, or his Sovereign Clone could travel to the Coiling Dragon World, it would be best not to reveal his Sovereign Clone.

The best option was still to find a way to increase his World Power, Manifest a new talent, and create a Divine Clone to travel to the Yulan Continent.

A God would at least have some means of protecting himself.

Likewise, once this Divine Clone became a High-level God, he would be second only to a Paragon. At most, people might suspect he was a Paragon; they wouldn't suspect he had a Sovereign Clone.

Even if the worst happened and the clone died, it wouldn't have much effect on his true body.

But if his true body died, he wasn't even sure whether the Coiling Dragon novel in his mind would still be there. After all, it had only ever existed in his true body's mind.

As far as he was concerned, even his Sovereign Clone wasn't as important as his true body.

So in a few days, it was time to create some kind of phenomenon and draw more people to the Teleportation Array.

At the very least, he needed to find out what Beirut thought.
