Background / History

Blue Star’s warrior profession was highly prestigious during its early transcendent era. Saint-level experts, identified by their ability to fly, were regarded as the pillars of humanity and could devastate mountains or seas; however, the world lacked a known route for Saints to become gods. Its cultivation history extended only about ten thousand years. 2 5 12

Fang Yun identified Blue Star’s transcendent path as connected to the Coiling Dragon World and constructed a Magic Teleportation Array in the mountains near a town. The array’s activation enabled the first travelers to reach the Yulan Continent and later produced a massive white pillar over Fulong Mountain, drawing the attention of Blue Star’s empires, Saint-level experts, and treasure seekers. 2 5 7

The spread of magic became a major source of Blue Star’s growth. Kawent Institute’s adult magic education increased the world’s World Power, while the Empire Alliance expanded the institute across the planet. Fang Yun concluded that stronger native life and more developed civilizations would further accelerate World Power growth. 44 65 92

After the Yulan connection opened, the wider Solar System began evolving alongside Blue Star. Fang Yun found that actively developing its planets accelerated their ability to support life and, in turn, fed further World Power back into the world. This led to god-level construction projects on the Moon, Mars, Venus, and other planets. 61 63 110

Blue Star later connected directly to the Divine Planes, attracting Sovereign’s Armies, Paragon High-Gods, and numerous other deities. Its development became tied to the gestation of Sovereign Sparks, turning the Blue Star Starfield into the center of a struggle for new Sovereign positions. 126 135 137

Physical Structure

Blue Star is a spherical world whose scope extends beyond its primary inhabited planet to the Solar System and, later, an expanding starfield. Its scale and configuration are repeatedly described as unusual even by divine experts. 61 126 128

• Fulong Valley — Location of the original Magic Teleportation Array to the Yulan Continent; initially guarded by two Velociraptors empowered with God Divine Sparks. 61
• Moon — The first major off-world construction site, where Odin’s forces were ordered to build cities and a castle. 63 65

• Magic education — Kawent Institute introduced broad magic instruction, eventually becoming the planet’s sole academy; native lifeforms could receive free magic aptitude testing after age six. 44 140
• Empire Alliance — The three great empires formed an alliance to promote magic and improve their collective control over Blue Star. 65

Rules and Administration

• Fang Yun and Beirut established Blue Star as a controlled development zone where fighting and killing were forbidden, particularly while Sovereign Sparks were gestating. 125 126
• Before the Sovereign Sparks emerged, Fang Yun prohibited entry into the Solar System for those attempting to seize them and killed god-level violators. 139
