Background / History

Qian Renxue is the daughter of Qian Xun'an's elder brother and the granddaughter of Qian Daoliu. Her father died under suspicious circumstances after being severely wounded by Tang Hao; Qian Xun'an discovers that the records concerning those injuries have disappeared and vows to uncover the truth. 7 14

Her mother never accepted her and, according to Qian Renxue, hated her from childhood. Believing that conquering the Heaven Dou Empire without bloodshed would fulfill her mother's ambition and earn her recognition, Qian Renxue spent twenty years infiltrating the empire as its crown prince, Xue Qinghe. 14 62 64

The infiltration ultimately fails after Tang San intervenes. Qian Renxue accepts responsibility, abandons her desire for her mother's approval after learning that her mother killed her father, and resolves to live for herself and cultivate seriously. 63 64

Following the destruction of the Heaven Dou Imperial Palace and Tang Sect, she returns to Martial Soul Hall. Qian Xun'an appoints her both Saintess and Adjudicator Elder, while Qian Daoliu directs her toward inheriting the Angel God's legacy. 69 70

Qian Renxue is determined, dutiful, and initially willing to sacrifice her own growth for a long-term political mission. Her infiltration of Heaven Dou is driven less by personal ambition than by a desire to win maternal approval and secure Martial Soul Hall's unification of the continent. 14

Her early encounters with Tang San expose a major flaw: she repeatedly underestimates him and becomes fixated on personally overcoming her defeat. Conflict with Tang San
