Kismet didn't ask who Thor wanted to meet. Instead, he latched onto the information that came afterward. "Are you collecting Anchor Points so you can bring them back and run combat experiments with the Red Worm? I remember you caught one over by the Red Sea. Are you worried the sample size is too small and the data won't be accurate?"
"That's part of it."
"And the other part?" Kismet was clearly more interested in that.
"You'll find out when the time comes."
Kismet curled his lip. The riddler had been answered with a riddle.
He knew Thor was deliberately imitating him. "I'll definitely change my ways."
"Then I'll tell you another time."
Kismet simply shut his mouth. He could tell Thor wasn't going to say anything for now.
Thor still had his eyes closed.
But he wasn't meditating. He was observing the Anchor Point Monsters that had fused together inside his space.
The Flying Bird-shaped Anchor Point Monster had actually fused with an Anchor Point Fragment and grown a horn.
Thor had collected Anchor Point Monsters this time not only to take them back for the Red Worm experiments, but also to see whether separate Anchor Point Monsters would fuse when brought together.
If they did, what would multiple fused Anchor Point Monsters eventually become?
The Anchor Point Monsters existed as skeletons. Could they be monsters formed from the bones of a Tier 6 Wizard?
With all these questions on his mind, Thor continued steering the giant fish toward their destination.
Two hours later, a certain opportunity stirred Thor's consciousness. He remained motionless, keeping his eyes closed as before, but his consciousness had already flown to the Phantom Color Channel.
Floco: [Thor, I can see the giant fish you're riding.]
Thor said, "Good. Stay at the farthest observation range.
