Kismet was busy.
He knew the Abyss was dangerous, and he knew that even as a Tier 4 Wizard, getting out alive would be extremely difficult.
But he still followed Thor into the Abyss without a moment's hesitation.
What he hadn't expected was that, inside the Abyss, he would not only have to fight to keep himself alive, but also work to keep the dazed Thor alive.
He was still glad Thor trusted him, but keeping it up for so long was truly exhausting.
Thor knew how hard things were for Kismet, but he was close to observing and calculating the Anchor Point's fluctuation patterns.
Only in this tranquil, strange force-field space could he so clearly determine the Anchor Point's fluctuation frequency from the movement patterns of the powder from his Corrupted severed limb.
As time passed, the Cheetah Anchor Point was no longer the only monster in the space.
As the two continued deeper into the Abyss, more and more Spatial Rifts appeared, and one Anchor Point Monster after another crawled out of them.
By then, a "cheetah," an "eagle," and three "humans" surrounded them, and it looked as if a sixth Anchor Point Monster was about to appear.
No matter how powerful Kismet was, he had never fought so many powerful Anchor Point Monsters while needing to protect someone.
In the end, he didn't even have time to use his Harp. He could only drag Thor along as he ran around in a panic.
Because he had to exert himself, many of Kismet's organs twisted in strange ways. With no time to repair them, he could only look like a thoroughly mutated monster.
Thor, on the other hand, was moving along with Kismet's power, so his own body didn't undergo any further mutations.
After dodging the assault of
