Before Thor could answer her, Keli suddenly realized what he meant.

"Oh~ The Chaos Domain Compass?"

Thor nodded approvingly. They both understood what he meant, and the two of them were very much in sync.

"When the time comes, Senior Byron will handle the Reverse Inertia Formula, while you, Keli, activate the Chaos Domain Compass. But be careful not to go all the way through. Open it, then close it at once. That'll make it more convincing by keeping people from pinpointing the Wind Eye's exact location."

When a Wind Eye appeared in the Land of No Owner two years ago, the Judgment Court, the Star Gate Council, and Sky City had all received word in advance.

They must have noticed some clues.
