Medical Ninjutsu

After being mocked by both teams, Sakura wanted nothing more than to tear Naruto apart.

"Don't worry. We can only take one mission a day anyway, so we won't fall too far behind. The only downside is that you'll have less time to train..." Seeing how dejected Sakura looked, Kakashi tried to comfort her. But when he saw Sasuke looking completely unconcerned, he suddenly didn't know what to say. He was an S-rank missing-nin! Even Sarutobi Hiruzen would have a few question marks pop up over his head if he saw Uchiha Itachi.

For the sake of Konoha's peace, Sasuke figured it was better to keep a low profile. After all, he was a successor to the "Will of Fire."

After entering Konoha Hospital, Sasuke went straight to the operating room. It was the only place he could learn the techniques he needed: Mystical Palm Technique and Chakra Scalpel.

As it turned out, Sasuke was in luck. The person performing surgery that day was none other than the director of Konoha Hospital, who happened to know the rather difficult Mystical Palm Technique.

After leaving Konoha, Sasuke ambled toward the training grounds behind the village. An ordinary person like him wouldn't attract anyone's attention, and plenty of people went to the training grounds every day, so there was no need to worry about the Anbu getting suspicious.

After some wandering, he successfully made it home. The first thing Sasuke did was max out the proficiency of the two techniques he had just acquired. Mystical Palm Technique was a high-level medical technique, while Chakra Scalpel was a deadly weapon!

With these two techniques, getting Naruto's cells would be much easier in the future. Though it seemed Naruto's cells were no longer of any use to Sasuke.

"Chakra Scalpel and Chidori Sharp Spear... I can try combining them someday. The results should be pretty good!" As he slowly absorbed the knowledge of the techniques he'd just learned, Sasuke considered which of his techniques he could combine in the future. After all, ninjutsu only needed to be useful; there was no need to learn too many. Having more than he could use would be awkward.

If you used Chakra properly, these missions were very easy. Sasuke was a good example. If you didn't use Chakra properly, they were very hard. Naruto was a good example.
