Ba Di manipulated Barry into helping him travel through time, devastated New Guinea, and turned the world’s heroes and nations against him. After Hal and Diana fought to stop him and the nations launched a nuclear assault, Ba Di emerged from the explosions alive.

• Hera reported Barry’s extraordinary acceleration, and Ba Di set out to capture him and obtain the Speed Force while ordering Mike to target Ocean Lord Ohm.
• Barry failed to travel through time, and Ba Di threatened New Guinea until Flash raced to rescue its people, and Ba Di then used the disaster and its consequences to make Flash agree to help him travel through time.
• Bruce used a consciousness-transfer plan to infiltrate Ba Di’s forces, while Mike’s squad fought Ohm and Ba Di arrived carrying Flash with his legs frozen and broken.
• Amanda Waller brought the world’s superpowered representatives together to form an alliance against Ba Di, while Aquaman organized aid for people displaced by the Pacific disaster.
• Ba Di received A Bin Su’s Green Lantern Ring, then fought Diana and Aquaman, killing Aquaman and driving Diana into space as Hal turned to Parallax’s fear energy.
• Diana fought Ba Di in space while world leaders debated using nuclear weapons, and Hal caught Diana and joined her in trying to restrain Ba Di as missiles launched.
• Ba Di killed Hal and flew toward the incoming missiles with Diana, who tried to stop him, and the nuclear blasts burned Ba Di’s body, but he regenerated and emerged alive.

Ba Di used Flash to travel into the past and return to an altered future, where he prepared to crush his enemies and force Paradise Island into submission. The arc ended as coordinated nuclear strikes broke Zeus’s protective force field and devastated the island.

• Amanda Waller rallied the President and world leaders around Death Knell’s plan to invade Emperor Tower, seize Kryptonite, and kill Ba Miu Luo Di.
• Ba Di captured Diana, ordered his forces to seize Ya Te Lan Di Si and surround Paradise Island, and began preparing his defenses for war.
• Ba Di forced Flash to use the Speed Force to take him into the past, where he rescued the real Jenny and watched his former self repeat earlier events.
• Flash returned to an altered future after Bruce changed events, then fled Ba Di and discovered that the Justice League no longer existed and Ba Miu Luo Di had killed fifty million people by sinking New Guinea Island.
• Ba Di ordered Hera to track his opponents and their families as his forces advanced, while General Zod’s warship approached Earth and two Kryptonians went missing near a Brainiac base on the Moon.
• Antiope asked Ba Di to release Diana, but he refused, revealed that he knew Zeus was her father, and demanded that Paradise Island submit to him or face war.
• Ba Di showed the Amazons a demonstration of nuclear weapons against Paradise Island’s magical barrier, while Hera explained how attacks from opposite sides could weaken it.
• After Antiope’s negotiations failed, nuclear missiles struck the island from opposite sides, shattered Zeus’s force field, and engulfed more than a fifth of Paradise Island in destruction.

Ba Di conquered Earth, brought Diana and the Amazons under his rule, and uncovered that Paradise Island had been cut off from Olympus. The arc ended with Earth conquered and Diana at Ba Di’s side.

• After the Amazons surrendered to stop a nuclear strike, Ba Di rescued Captain La Jin and Jie Mi, defeated Brainiac’s Sentry, and claimed the transformed Space Base.
• Artemis rejected Victor’s resistance plan, while Hippolyta prepared the Amazons to serve Ba Di and arranged for Diana to marry him.
• Ba Di rejected the proposed marriage, received Raven’s powerful multi-form weapon, and took Diana to witness violence and suffering beyond Paradise Island.
• Diana killed Kevlar and his organization, rescued An Lu Ya, and brought the girl home before her mother asked Ba Di to give her a safe future.
• Resistance forces attacked Emperor Tower, but Grodd and the other opponents were defeated as Ba Di’s forces took control of governments around the world.
• Diana accepted Ba Di’s unification of Earth, agreed to oversee his forces, and became his lover before joining him on the campaign to Paradise Island.
• Ba Di’s army forced the Amazons into duels, and Hippolyta transferred the crown to Diana, who pledged to lead the Amazons under Ba Miu Luo Di.
• Ba Di discovered that Zeus was Diana’s father and that Paradise Island could no longer contact Olympus, after declaring Earth conquered, he spent the night with Diana, and her waist was broken the next day.

Ba Di defeated Zod and Doomsday, took control of the Kryptonian forces, and replaced Earth’s destroyed moon with a diamond one. He then activated the Earth Core Bearing Pillars to stabilize the planet, while Batman died trying to help Flash escape through the Cosmic Treadmill.

• Ba Di expanded his rule through virtual reality and promised humanity extraordinary powers, while Batman and Flash worked on a Cosmic Treadmill to restore their world.
• Ba Di inspected the global magic-tech foundations as Zod’s Kryptonian ship approached Earth and Faora rejected Hera’s attempt to persuade her to support Ba Di.
• Zod and his forces invaded Earth, and Ba Di defeated Faora before fighting Zod on the Moon, where Zod transformed into Doomsday.
• Ba Di pursued Doomsday across the Solar System, drained his energy on Mars, and crushed him before forcing the White Martians to submit.
• Ba Di killed Haier after Haier surrendered the Kryptonian forces and ship, then captured the remaining forces and ordered Otto to conquer nearby planets.
• After the Moon’s destruction destabilized Earth, Ba Di carved a replacement from a crystalline-carbon planet and returned to install the Diamond Moon.
• Ba Di connected himself to all seventeen Earth Core Bearing Pillars and stabilized Earth’s rotation and environment despite the violent global upheaval.
• Batman drew a magnetic storm away from Flash but died under its lightning, and the storm destroyed the Cosmic Treadmill as Flash vanished.
