Background / History
Yang Yi, a man from Earth, transmigrated into Bolan Baruch’s body as a newborn in Wushan Town, Fenlai Kingdom. By age six, he recognized the Yulan Continent and learned that he belonged to the five-thousand-year-old Baruch Clan, descendants of Dragonblood Warriors. His father was Hogg Baruch, and his younger brother was Linley Baruch. 1
Bolan’s exceptional physique distinguished him from childhood. Hogg believed that even without awakening as a Dragonblood Warrior, Bolan could potentially become a Level 8 or Level 9 warrior. His bloodline later reached the condition for transformation, and he trained in the Dragonblood Secret Manual before departing to study in the O’Brien Empire. 2 6
He entered the Magical Beast Mountain Range to gain practical combat experience. There, he fought magical beasts, collected their cores, and repeatedly sparred with the Spine-backed Iron-armored Dragon Leibulus. Their rivalry developed into a Soul Contract after Leibulus recognized Bolan’s potential. 8 10 11
After reaching Saint level, Bolan travelled alone to challenge warriors, magi, and later divine experts. His cultivation expanded beyond Wind to include Destruction, Death, Fate, and Life. He ultimately became a multi-system god whose mutated soul and fused divine powers set him apart from conventional divine cultivators. 22 29 34 80 108
Appearance
Bolan is a tall, white- or silver-haired swordsman whose appearance changes markedly between his cultivated composure and his Dragonblood transformation. By age seventeen, he stood about 190 cm tall and commonly wore white robes with twin Bloodslayer weapons on his back. 8 14 23
- Shoulder-length white hair; later described as silver hair. 8 14 88
- Sharp, sword-like eyes and a usually languid demeanor. 23
- During early mountain training, wore beast-hide trousers and bore a damaged longsword. 10
- Dragonblood transformation grants cyan scales, forehead horns, and a tail. 25
- His transformed body possesses formidable physical defense and is repeatedly tempered by divine ascensions. 25 88
Personality
Bolan is intensely driven by cultivation and seeks difficult opponents rather than easy victories. He deliberately used Leibulus and Chris as sparring partners, postponed finishing Chris to improve his technique, and accepted Vivian’s Abyss Plane mission partly for the chance to fight powerful beings. 10 70 133
He is confident to the point of arrogance toward opponents he considers inferior, but is capable of caution and self-awareness against greater threats. He declined the seventeenth floor of the Necropolis of the Gods after recognizing his limits, and he treated the mysterious golden-robed youth and Chrysler as serious opponents. 72 74 135
His loyalty to family is a central motive. After realizing that Linley and the rest of the Baruch family could truly die, he resolved to protect them. He trains Wharton harshly to instill battlefield readiness, assists Linley’s growth, and repeatedly intervenes when his family is endangered. 18 26 34 59
Bolan can also be ruthless. While searching for information about his mother, he slaughtered his way through Duke Parkinson’s estate and killed King Clayde. Centuries later, he executed Elders Bulu and Gaya to impose order on the Four Divine Beasts Clan. 29 150

Soul Mutation and Soul Defense
Bolan’s four-rule development caused an unusual mutation in his soul.
- His mutated soul has defensive power comparable to a powerful soul-defensive Sovereign artifact. 108
- Odin’s soul attack failed to affect him. 108
- He also possesses a top-tier soul-defensive divine artifact left by Beirut. 61
Divine Clones
Bolan maintains multiple divine bodies and can use them for different attributes and strategies.
- Created an external Destruction divine clone by splitting his soul. 42
- Formed a Wind Low God clone after refining Soul Golden Pearls. 61
- Had five documented divine systems: Destruction, Wind, Life, Fate, and Death. 108
