Dong Xueyan was born into the Dong family, a declining but still renowned cultivation family of the Third Heaven. Her spiritual root was considered exceptionally pure, and she was regarded as the family’s most talented younger-generation member. 591

During a competition, she severely injured the young master of a rival cultivation family. The rival used the incident to pressure the Dong family, which publicly expelled Dong Xueyan and sent her to the First Heaven through a dangerous spatial teleportation formation.
