"Thanatos, it has been a long time since you visited my Hell."

The voice of the Destruction Overlord, hidden within the darkness, rang out. It sounded steady, conveying a sense of reliability.

"After all, my envoy was bullied by the Four Divine Beasts. I had to step in. If Dannington were bullied, I imagine you would act as well."

The Sovereign of Death sat down opposite the Destruction Overlord with casual ease, her tone carrying a hint of teasing.

The face hidden beneath the Destruction Overlord's black robes twitched, his mood somewhat complex.

Not long ago, when Xing Yi and Lierus sent him a voice transmission, he had been skeptical. Upon hearing that the Four Divine Beasts Clan had clashed with a Paragon, he became intrigued and immediately set out to arrive here.

While Ren was battling the members of the Four Divine Beasts Clan, the Destruction Overlord had already learned of Ren's general life history from the Bifu Sovereign. Knowing that Ren had been in Hell since arriving at the divine planes and could be considered part of the Hell faction, he was quite satisfied.

Over countless years, there were fewer than thirty suspected Paragons, including some special lifeforms and the divine clones of Sovereigns. There were only a dozen or so true Paragons, averaging one per divine plane. As one of the four supreme planes, Hell originally only had his envoy, Dannington.

Among the four Rule Sovereigns, he, Uterede, had the death Paragon Dannington, and the Life Overlord had the life Paragon Renee. The Sovereign of Death was not a Paragon, the Life Overlord was not a super divine beast, and while the Fate Overlord Oufu was not a super divine beast, he had long since achieved the Samsara Golden Body. Although his Supreme Artifact was for soul defense, he had the Willpower bonus from ten consecutive victories, making his overall strength the greatest. What was even more terrifying were the techniques he had researched over countless years.

At least in Uterede's view, Thanatos and Vivian lacked the patience and determination to become stronger, only wishing to maintain the status quo and balance. They were not his rivals, and he had enough confidence to surpass them both, so he would not expend too much energy on Thanatos.

A moment later, the purple-robed guard walked out and said, "Your Highness, the Clan Leader says you may enter."

Montero nodded without a word and walked straight into the hall.

This was the residence of the Augusta Clan Leader, featuring a complete living room, dining room, and cultivation chambers. As soon as Montero entered, he saw the white-robed figure on the balcony.

The white-robed man had eyebrows like sword blades and a scarlet mole in the center of his forehead. This person was none other than the Augusta Clan Leader, Hankin Augusta.

"Clan Leader, the Four Divine Beasts Clan dispatched nine Asuras and thirty Seven-Star Demons to the Bifu Continent to besiege the new Liang'an Prefecture Lord, Ren. However, they were counter-killed by the Paragon Ren! Everyone died except for Gaiseresen and a few others!"
