Background / History

Tang San sought to retain control over Douluo Planet from the God Realm through contingencies, proxies, and manufactured agents. After the Plane Consciousness detected his schemes, he planned to manipulate the Child of Destiny through the Body Sect, altering his daughter Xiao Qi’s martial soul into the Radiant Goddess Body and arranging for her placement within the sect. He also considered sending Tang Hao and Ah Yin to seize the Douluo Plane Consciousness and world core. 24 62

His control over his daughter became a central part of these arrangements. He embedded divine power in Wang Dong’s body, split a sliver of divine consciousness, and caused Tang Wutong to be divided into five parts. Tang Wutong later vanished after Wang Dong erased her, leaving Tang San unable to intervene because his connection to Douluo Continent had been severed. 35 121

To oppose the Plane Consciousness’s chosen Child of Destiny, Tang San created a pseudo-Child of Destiny from the Ocean’s resources, selecting powerful Sea Soul Beast spirit rings and planning to use a Clear Sky Hammer tether. He also empowered Sea God Island’s Title Douluo and ordered the Clear Sky Sect to support the Star Luo Empire against the Sun Moon Empire. 66 68

When Tang Chuan proved inadequate, Tang San resurrected Tang Chen and Bo Saixi using the sea’s power, exhausting the power he had left on Douluo Continent. He dispatched them to protect and assist Tang Chuan, regarding Bo Saixi as the more reliable combatant. 96 97

Tang San is highly controlling and treats divine authority, luck, and personal relationships as resources to be managed. He is confident in his own strategic ability and often refuses to concede failure, instead assigning blame to the Plane Consciousness, Destruction, Jiang Heng, or his subordinates. Despite this ruthlessness, Tang San retains a strong—if conflicted—attachment to his parents. Tang San attempts to seize control of Douluo Planet by manipulating the Child of Destiny, Ocean fortune, human factions, Sea God Island, and resurrected ancestors. These arrangements steadily fail as the Plane Consciousness shields the planet and Jiang Heng removes or destroys key pieces of his plans. 24 65 66 96

Loss of the Asura Position

Unable to stabilize both the Sea God and Asura God King positions, Tang San releases the Golden Dragon King to create chaos in the God Realm. The Golden Dragon King immediately attacks him because of his connection to the Asura God King, stripping away his unstable godhood and leaving him near death. 161 162

Defeat on Douluo Continent

Tang San returns to the Ocean weakened and without the Asura position. After failing to secure aid from his followers and being overwhelmed by Jiang Heng’s faction, he detonates the Sea God Wings to escape. Rakshasa Ascension and the Abyss Plane

Final Battle Against Jiang Heng

As a half-step God King, Tang San lures Jiang Heng’s group into the Abyss Plane, intending to use home-field authority to destroy them. Jiang Heng’s Super Artifact and allied assault overwhelm him; Tang San accidentally destroys Xiao Wu’s soul, and his divine body is shattered.
