Su Ming awakens the Wood Element Martial Soul in Holy Spirit Village with Innate Soul Power Level 7. Its attribute evolves into Ultimate Wood, granting it superiority over plant-type Martial Souls and suppression over most plants. At the same time, he binds the Diary System, which rewards him for writing daily entries. 2

Although Su Yuntao invites him to join Spirit Hall, Su Ming declines because he wants to explore the world first. He intends to use his knowledge from a previous life to seek out people and opportunities beyond Spirit Hall. 2

While studying at Nuoding Academy, Su Ming develops a rivalry with Tang San.
