As queen, Sara had never achieved her mother's degree of control over the ryūmyaku. This was actually true of most Kings of Roran: they could barely make a little of its power "flow" out to provide basic energy.
But some exceptional monarchs, like the Previous Queen, could not only release enough power to support large-scale production and improve living standards throughout Rōran, but even directly control the ryūmyaku to a certain extent!
Over the past year, Sara had worked on two fronts, learning to control the ryūmyaku while also studying government administration, striving to become a queen like her mother.
Now, however, Akaseki was telling her that she only needed to focus on "the things only you can do." Sara was happy to hear that...
