Background

Ranwu is the granddaughter of Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage, and carries the Senju bloodline. Her parents died young in conflicts with ninja from other villages; she was raised among the relatives still living in the former Senju territory of Forest Street. Though later generations no longer bore the Senju surname, her family ties remained close. 25 80

She joined Jiraiya's Team 7 with Akashi Uchiha and Minato Namikaze. From their earliest missions, she questioned Akashi's clan-centric outlook and regularly challenged his arrogance, while still developing strong trust in both teammates. 13 21 91
