Hogwarts: Starting with Building the Dark Lord Persona

"I'm in the Harry Potter world, starting out as an orphan and a Muggle? Are you kidding me, God?"

Just as despair sets in, Tom discovers a unique talent: he can turn the way others perceive him into his actual persona-and make it the source of his power.

If people see him as [Brawny], he gains the strength of nine dragons. If they believe he is a [Wizard], he truly acquires magic and ceases to be a Muggle. If rumors proclaim him a [Born Dark Lord], he becomes a genuine master of the Dark Arts, with pure-bloods bowing before him. And when the entire wizarding world believes him to be [Omnipotent], he becomes God.

And so, the world gains a young wizard who deliberately cultivates his public image.

Years later, when people begin talking about Tom:

Grindelwald: "Tom is the most powerful Dark wizard I have ever seen. With a single Avada Kedavra, he destroyed an enormous camp housing two thousand Death Eaters."

Colin: "There was no sun in this world until Tom came along. Wherever he goes, the sun shines."

Snape: "A basilisk once bit young Tom. After five days of agonized convulsions, the basilisk died."

Voldemort: "What? His full name is also Tom Marvolo Riddle? Then I must be his Horcrux!"
