Background / History

Luo Feng first meets Bai Yang and Yang Wu during the prospective martial artist assessment in Yangzhou. Though Bai Yang’s Perfect-level Movement Technique surpasses his own, Luo Feng responds with respect and a desire to improve. The three pass the assessment together, exchange contact information, and become friends. 7 8

When Luo Feng learns that his father, Luo Hongguo, may be in danger, Bai Yang drives him to Tiandu Garden. Luo Feng confronts Zhang Haobai and defeats the bodyguards who assaulted his father’s coworkers, while Bai Yang and Yang Wu help the injured men. 8 9

He later seeks Bai Yang’s instruction in movement and combat fundamentals. Bai Yang’s Go-piece drills force Luo Feng to evade without conscious calculation, pushing his footwork toward instinctive, near-perfect execution. 18 29 30

Luo Feng enters Ruins No. 9 and remains absent for one year and three months, leading the Limit Dojo to publicly declare him dead. Personality

Luo Feng is intensely devoted to his family. His father’s danger drives him to act immediately, and learning how close his family came to harm during his absence awakens overwhelming killing intent toward Li Yao. Even then, he regains control and asks Bai Yang what course to take rather than acting blindly. 8 125 126
