Wang Shi looked at the Germa official. He seemed like someone with a bit of authority and probably had a Den Den Mushi for contacting Germa headquarters.
Soon, Saka found the Den Den Mushi on the Germa official and handed it to Wang Shi.
"Tsk, Sanji, want to talk to your dear father?"
"I exiled one of his precious sons. I bet he's going to lose his mind."
"Who knows, maybe he'll send his daughter and sons after us—and even come himself."
Wang Shi took the Den Den Mushi and smiled faintly at Sanji.
"I don't want to hear his voice!"
Sanji refused outright. He hated everything about that coldhearted family, except for his sister Reiju.
"You're really the late third prince? Prince Sanji?"
Hearing Wang Shi and Sanji's exchange, the official Smith was stunned.
That blond kid with the curly eyebrows really was a Germa prince?
"I'm not. I severed my father-son relationship with Vinsmoke Judge a long time ago!"
Sanji replied coldly. Reiju had secretly helped him escape back then, but Judge had still found out.
Judge hadn't dragged him back or killed him, but he had formally severed their relationship and no longer acknowledged Sanji as his son.
All these years, Sanji had never wanted to use the Vinsmoke name again, nor had he wanted to use Germa 66's fearsome reputation to intimidate his enemies.
"Moshi moshi, is this Germa 66 headquarters?"
Wang Shi paid no attention to Sanji and Smith's conversation and called the number on the dedicated Den Den Mushi.
"Who is this? You're not Smith."
"I'm the Emperor of the Goa Empire. Vinsmoke Niji is in my hands, and Germa's mercenary force in the East Blue has been wiped out.
"Have Vinsmoke Judge come to the phone at once!"
"Oh, and Sanji is now a subject of the Goa Empire. Tell Judge to stop thinking about his third son."
Wang Shi issued his orders to the person on the other end, his voice full of authority.
Sure enough, a flurry of commotion came from the other end.
A moment later, a mature woman's voice came through.
"King of Exile, Wang Shi?"
"Not Judge? Are you Reiju? Since you have feelings, like Sanji, we can talk.
"Vinsmoke Reiju, your Germa 66 dared to interfere in the East Blue's war. Have you decided how you'll compensate the Goa Empire for its losses?
"Or are you planning to abandon Vinsmoke Niji and keep fighting the Goa Empire?
"If you want to keep this war going, I'll be waiting for you in the East Blue.
"You're just a few Lineage Factor-enhanced soldiers. Exiling you is nothing."
Wang Shi's tone brimmed with contempt for the Vinsmoke Family.
Reiju fell silent on the other end of the Den Den Mushi.
What did he mean, "just a few Lineage Factor-enhanced soldiers"?
The Germa 66 Legion was the infamous Germa Evil Legion, feared wherever it went.
Yet Wang Shi spoke of them as if they were ants he could crush at will.
Even though Reiju had a good temper, Wang Shi's words made her clench her fists in anger.
But Niji was already in Wang Shi's hands, and even Sanji was under his protection.
That made Reiju hold back the urge to curse him out.
"What kind of compensation do you want?"
Reiju didn't actually have the authority to negotiate or make decisions for Judge, but she still wanted to try and mediate.
She knew that with Judge's arrogance and conceit, he would never accept Wang Shi's terms. He'd just lead the troops over to attack.
If that happened, Niji wouldn't be the only one in danger. Sanji could be in trouble too.
"We lost several hundred soldiers this time. Every one of them was a loyal subordinate of mine. You'll pay ten million Belly for each one!"
"What! Ten million each? Why don't you just rob us? Even our Clone Soldiers don't cost ten million apiece!"
Reiju cried out. Were those ordinary soldiers really worth ten million Belly each?
There were countless wanted pirates and bandits across the Four Blues who didn't even have ten million Belly on their bounties.
"You could always marry into the family."
"Then you could get away from Judge and live happily in the East Blue with Sanji."
Wang Shi's answer left Reiju speechless. Even Sanji and Special Agent Smith stared at him with wide eyes.
So that's what Wang Shi was after!
At last, Zeff realized why Wang Shi had decided to protect Sanji.
It wasn't for Sanji's cooking, or to spite Germa 66. It was for Sanji's sister!
Wang Shi wants to be my brother-in-law?
Sanji's mind was in a whirl. But rescuing Reiju from that heartless family didn't sound so bad.
"Get ready to face Germa's army."
Reiju replied coldly, then hung up and hurried off to find Judge.
"Dare to hang up on me!"
"I'll be waiting for you in the East Blue!"
Wang Shi chuckled and handed the Den Den Mushi to Nojiko to look after.
For Germa 66's main force to travel from the North Blue to the East Blue, it would take at least three weeks if they crossed the Red Line directly.
Taking the World Government's safe passage would be faster, but their Snail Ships couldn't possibly use the Bubble Elevator at Mary Geoise.
That left Judge with little choice but to cross the Red Line on his own.
"Three weeks! That's plenty of time!"
Wang Shi gave a cold smile. The Flaws Kingdom wouldn't last three weeks.
"Consolidate the troops. Our target is the royal capital of the Sasba Kingdom!"
Wang Shi left part of the Guard Army behind to keep Smith in line and operate the Snail Ships. Then he led the fleet himself, absorbed the Sasba Kingdom's fleet, and set off for the kingdom.
"Yes, sir!"
The victorious Goa Guard's morale soared.
Their Goa Empire had actually defeated the fearsome Germa Evil Legion.
This was something they could boast about to their descendants.
"If His Majesty Wang Shi takes the Sasba Kingdom, won't these waters become the Goa Empire's territory?"
"Then we won't have to move somewhere else, will we?"
Watching the Goa fleet sail away, Zeff and the other chefs finally caught on.
Wang Shi had defeated the combined fleets of Germa 66, the Sasba Kingdom, and the Flaws Kingdom today.
It was incredible.
And that Flaws Kingdom was so useless. It had actually chosen to flee outright, disgracing the great powers of the East Blue.
Half a day later,
the Goa Empire's fleet easily breached the royal capital of the Sasba Kingdom and conquered the entire country.
The king, royal family, and nobles of the Sasba Kingdom had already fled to the Flaws Kingdom's territory alongside the Flaws Kingdom's fleet.
The King of Sasba was now joining King Ba Dodeshinai in inviting the East Blue's Affiliated Nations to form a united army and defeat the Goa Empire, that evil empire of war.
If the other Affiliated Nations of the East Blue didn't want to suffer the same fate as the Four-Leaf Kingdom, the Organ Kingdom, the Moonlight Kingdom, the Konomi Kingdom, or even the recently conquered Sasba Kingdom, they would have to unite against the Goa Empire's frenzied expansion.
At the same time, the East Blue's Affiliated Nations once again lodged a protest with the World Government, demanding that it sanction the Goa Empire.
