Background / History

Zhou Lu is a transmigrated student at Xin'an Beast Taming Academy. His father had died before the story begins, and Wu Xiaoqing—his father’s former student—had repeatedly cared for him and saved him at critical moments. Zhou’s initial Spirit Beast contract is with Huohuo, a Dream Rain Flower considered an unusually difficult and underpowered choice for a beginner Beast Tamer. 1 3 5

Soon after, Zhou’s World-Saving System activates and informs him that he is destined to become a Demon God who destroys the world in ten years.
