Background / History

Wu Xiaoqing was supported and trained by Zhou Minghai, Zhou Lu's father. She later continued investigating the circumstances surrounding Zhou Minghai's death, preserving a Ghost Heart Purple Mushroom taken from his body despite fearing what its recorded aura might reveal. 46 64

She studied in a cultivation-related major before switching to mycology research. During her earlier time at Xinyue Beast Taming Academy, she sought cultivation wood and challenged the entire Breeding Department when ordinary requests failed; the incident resulted in her being blacklisted. She later obtained materials from Plant Spirit Pets by sending them copied love letters signed with Ouyang Xiao's name. 169
