Geography and Landmarks
- Shogun’s mansion — The seat of Wano’s ruler, located in the Flower Capital 28 35.

History
Dimon and Kaido targeted Wano after leaving the Rocks Pirates. Dimon identified the Flower Capital as the nation’s royal capital, then used the captive Shogun Kozuki Sukiyaki to summon the daimyo of four other regions there 27 28 33. After meeting Dimon, the daimyo were driven out of the capital and began discussing how to rescue Sukiyaki 35.
Dimon subsequently issued a decree from the Shogun’s mansion falsely announcing Sukiyaki’s death and naming himself Shogun. The news reached the capital immediately, leaving residents confused about their new ruler 35. He then imposed a Sword Ban Edict, prohibiting samurai from carrying swords in the Flower Capital and treating private stockpiles of weapons and armor as treason 35.
To enforce the order, Dimon established the Shinsengumi under Abel. The force was permitted to carry swords in the capital and handled policing and sword confiscation 36. Years later, Abel remained one of Dimon’s principal aides in the city, alongside the civil administrator Kuro 273.
City Life
- The capital has a developed pleasure-house industry. After Dimon captured large numbers of samurai, some wives who lost their husbands’ income entered that work 40.
- Dimon hosted Vegapunk and other visiting scientists at a banquet in the Shogun’s mansion after bringing them to the capital 39 40.
- Shakky drew a long line of fans outside the Kuja Pirates’ hotel while signing autographs 68.
- A floating island brought by Golden Lion caused panic in the streets. Later, when Kaido and Golden Lion’s attacks threatened the capital, Dimon intervened, calling the city his base 206 208.
