Di Jun and his younger brother Taiyi originated as Golden Crows within the Sun Star. Before taking human form, they existed as mutually drawn flames; after transforming, they subdued the Sun Star’s Fire Spirits and Flame Demons, gathered fire-aligned treasures, and lived freely together. The brothers later fought their way through the Great Wilderness and established the Heavenly Court. Di Jun became the Heavenly Emperor, while Taiyi became the Eastern Emperor.
