Childhood and First Love

Bibi Dong does not know her parents. Qian Xunji found her as an orphan and later took her as his disciple after her exceptional Martial Souls awakened. At seven, she became Martial Soul Hall’s Holy Maiden and a candidate for the next Pope 122.

At sixteen, she met Yu Xiaogang and fell in love with him. She believed his apparent wisdom and affection were sincere. Her later simulation instead portrayed him as approaching her to access Martial Soul Hall’s library and transcribe its accumulated knowledge for his own career 122 123.

Qian Xunji discovered their relationship when she was seventeen. He confined her and threatened Yu Xiaogang and his family, forcing her to sever the relationship. She waited for Yu Xiaogang to rescue her, but he never came 123.

Qian Xunji and Revenge

Qian Xunji sexually abused Bibi Dong and forced her into a marriage she did not want. The simulation places the secret-chamber incident at nineteen and Qian Renxue’s birth at twenty 122 123.

Bibi Dong associated her daughter with Qian Xunji and deliberately avoided her, leaving Qian Daoliu to raise her. She recognized that Qian Renxue was innocent but could not separate the child from the memory of her father 123.

At twenty-one, Bibi Dong entered the Capital of Slaughter, completed the Hell Road, and obtained the Slaughter God’s Domain. At thirty, she exploited Qian Xunji’s severe injuries to kill and devour him. Publicly, she attributed his death to the wounds inflicted by Tang Hao. Killing him did not bring the emotional release she had expected 123.

Pope of Martial Soul Hall

With Qian Daoliu’s support, Bibi Dong succeeded Qian Xunji as Pope, becoming the youngest Pope in Martial Soul Hall’s history. She ruled with an iron fist, expanded the organization, and pursued the unification of the Douluo Continent 123.

At thirty-three, she accepted Hu Liena as her direct disciple and intended her to become the next Pope. Bibi Dong treated Hu Liena as her own child, directing toward her the maternal affection she had been unable to express to Qian Renxue 123.

Personality

Bibi Dong maintains a composed, imposing public presence and expects unquestioning obedience. Her response to Lin Jiang’s reported talent is pragmatic and ruthless: recruit him, or eliminate him if recruitment fails 101.

Her distrust is rooted in betrayal and abuse. Revisiting her past, she describes her growing coldness as having learned not to trust anyone. Her hatred of Qian Xunji extends to the Angel clan and Martial Soul Hall, even while she occupies its highest office 123.

Hu Liena is a notable exception to this emotional distance. Concern for her disciple motivates Bibi Dong to investigate Lin Jiang personally after Yue Guan and Gui Mei return without her 123 124.

Bibi Dong is proud of her talent and highly competitive. She refuses to retreat before Lin Jiang merely because he is powerful, and later trades insults with Bo Saixi over their respective divine positions.
