Background / History

The Ice Dragon King, also called the Water Dragon King, was one of the Nine Great Ancient Dragon Kings and a master of ice and water. Her ice power is described as surpassing even the Ice Jade Empress Scorpion, and her dragon might can freeze the surrounding environment into ice sculptures when manifested. 1

After her origin was nearly exhausted, she and the Fire Dragon King fell into a deep slumber, leaving only remnant souls behind. Gu Yuan exchanged his original Ice Snake martial soul for her remnant soul through the Treasure Exchange System, causing her to become his new martial soul. 2 3

Initially confused and wary of having become a human’s martial soul, she questioned Gu Yuan in his Spirit Sea.
