Background / History

Lin Zi was an ordinary college student watching Naruto before binding to a role-play system and transmigrating into the world. His first assigned identity was a blackened version of Naruto Uzumaki. Angered by the original Naruto’s treatment by Konoha, Lin Zi resolves to collect the “debts” owed to Naruto personally. 2

During the Nine-Tails’ Attack, he intervenes in Minato Namikaze and Obito Uchiha’s battle, uses Mount Myōboku Sage Mode against Obito, and commands his own Kurama against the rampaging Nine-Tails. He later helps Minato reseal the beast into Kushina, preventing Minato from using the Dead Demon Consuming Seal. 2 3 5 6

After deactivating the Naruto role-play state, Lin Zi returns to his original appearance. He then selects Orochimaru (Spirit Snake Sage) as a second role-play character, gaining Ryūchi Cave Senjutsu, snake techniques, and Orochimaru’s extensive knowledge. 7 8
