Battle Against Danzo

Uchiha Gen, hidden in the shadows, secretly observed Danzo's situation. The only thing he feared now was Shisui's eye in Danzo's right socket.

As Danzo spoke, the Sharingan in his right eye opened, its pattern transforming into the shape of a shuriken.

Realizing he had been seen, the figure rushed straight at him, throwing several shuriken. At the same time, eight golden chains extended from behind him, seeking to bind Danzo.

"Adamantine Sealing Chains?! Uzumaki Reikawa! You joined Konoha, and yet you truly harbored ill intent! That woman Tsunade was weak. Back then, she should have agreed to hand you over to me. I was the one who was right!" Danzo dodged the chains as he muttered mockingly to himself, though it was unclear who he was saying it for.

Not wanting to waste a Sharingan on this, Danzo used Wood Style: Violent Spear! A tree immediately grew from his right arm, and the chains' assault sank into the wood and came to a halt.

While defending himself, Danzo took a deep breath, aimed at his target, and fired several air bullets at tremendous speed. Wind Style: Vacuum Bullets!

Uzumaki Reikawa looked terrified, as though he had never expected this. He hastily released the Adamantine Sealing Chains, but several wind bullets struck him as he dodged, tearing his clothes and leaving bloody gashes across his body.

Seeing this, Danzo narrowed his eyes as if victory were already assured. "Uzumaki Reikawa, aren't you curious why Konoha never came to support you back then?"

Uchiha Gen: ...No, not even a little.

"The calls for help your clan sent back then were all intercepted by me. So? Are you angry? The sealing techniques your clan possessed were too great a threat to Konoha. Not taking the chance to kick you while you were down when your clan was wiped out has always been one of my regrets." As Danzo spoke, he subtly watched Uzumaki Reikawa's reaction.

Uzumaki Reikawa seemed as though he wanted to flee, but Danzo's words directly enraged him. He suddenly flashed behind Danzo, raising a kunai to stab down—only for Danzo to turn and seize his throat in one hand.

"You finally decided to come out? You watched your companion die without helping him?" Danzo said with a smile, as though he had expected it all along, releasing Uzumaki Reikawa.

"Trading him for so much information from Lord Danzo was not a loss. Wood Release, huh? The same ninjutsu as the First Hokage."

Seeing that Uzumaki Reikawa wore the same white mask as Uchiha Gen, Danzo's heart sank. He asked as if casually, "Are you part of the same organization? What did you come here for?"

"Well, sorry, but that is a secret."

"A secret? Then how about I use Uzumaki Reikawa to trade for that secret?" Danzo spoke while observing his reaction.

Uchiha Gen seemed somewhat surprised upon hearing that. "Hm? That works. Although he is somewhat useless, his value is still a little higher."

After receiving confirmation, Danzo decisively shoved Uzumaki Reikawa toward him. Yet Uchiha Gen did not catch Reikawa and simply allowed him to fall to the ground.

When Uzumaki Reikawa gave no response, he even nudged him with his foot. "Still alive?"

Internal discord? Danzo pondered silently.

"Since you released him, I will keep my promise as well. The secret is..." Before he could finish, Uchiha Gen directly formed hand seals.

Yet when Danzo saw the hand seals, he smiled faintly. In Danzo's plan, Uzumaki Reikawa would suddenly rise, sending several chains flying through the air with piercing whistles. Adamantine Sealing Chains!

However, the chains' target was not Uchiha Gen as Danzo had expected. Their target remained Danzo himself.

Caught off guard, Danzo was bound by the Adamantine Sealing Chains in shock and fury. At the same time, before Danzo had time to react, Uchiha Gen used Instantaneous Shift, teleporting beside him and tearing off his arm. However, because Danzo dodged, he had not removed it completely. At the same time, Danzo activated Izanagi, turning the damage into a dream. Danzo suddenly appeared on the other side of the battlefield, while one Sharingan on his severed arm slowly closed.

Standing in the open, Danzo panted heavily as he looked at the closed Sharingan on his arm, unable to stop himself from feeling distressed. Turning around, he saw that Uzumaki Reikawa had already vanished. Damn it! Though he had killed one, the information had been leaked!
