"Where?" Son Goku's body jolted, his expression turning solemn as he followed Wang Yang's gaze.

Just then, a small black dot appeared in the sky, rapidly growing in size until it materialized into a pale yellow aircraft before Son Goku's eyes.

The plane was emblazoned with a striking logo: CAPSULE!

Seeing the aircraft, a sense of foreboding washed over Son Goku; he sensed the approaching individuals and nearly jumped out of his skin.

"It's Chi-Chi and Bulma! Why are they here? What do I do now?"

"It is them. They saw us here through Fortuneteller Baba's crystal ball and are absolutely furious. I'll leave the rest to you—give them a good thrashing!" Wang Yang looked at Son Goku with a mischievous grin.

"Ah! I wouldn't dare!" Son Goku was dumbfounded, his previous triumph over Wang Yang completely forgotten.

Chi-Chi was truly an existence he could never hope to defeat; whenever she flew into a rage, Son Goku could only tremble in fear.

Watching the uneasy pair of Wang Yang and Son Goku, Krillin and Piccolo exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with amusement.

Heh! Who would have thought the two most powerful men on Earth were actually henpecked.

Before the plane had even touched down, a woman in a qipao leaped out.

As soon as Chi-Chi landed, she scanned the area, searching for her son, Gohan.

"Gohan!"

"Gohan, my Gohan, where are you?"

Chi-Chi shouted at the top of her lungs.

Hmm?

Wu Sheng tilted his head slightly, looking at Chi-Chi and Bulma with surprise; he hadn't expected them to show up either.

He wasn't in a rush to finish off Vegeta now; in his eyes, Vegeta was nothing more than a grasshopper at the end of autumn, unable to jump for much longer.

"Goku, get over here!"

Unable to find her son, Chi-Chi immediately roared at Son Goku.

"Chi-Chi, why are you here?"

Son Goku didn't dare disobey, scurrying over to her side.

"Where is my Gohan?" Chi-Chi grabbed Son Goku by the collar, glaring at him.

"Over there!" Son Goku forced a smile and pointed toward Wu Sheng in the distance.

"Gohan? How could that be Gohan? My Gohan is only five years old; he isn't that big." Chi-Chi glanced at Wu Sheng; although the youth looked remarkably like Gohan, he clearly wasn't him.

At this moment, Bulma stepped off the plane, wearing a sky-blue miniskirt that accentuated her curvaceous figure. With her hands on her hips, she tapped her booted foot against the ground, looking at Wang Yang with a hint of indignation.

"Bulma, you're here too!" Wang Yang chuckled, putting his arm around her shoulders with a cheeky grin.

"Hmph! Do you have any idea how worried I was? If I had known you were here, I wouldn't have had to spend the whole time in such a panic." Bulma turned her head away, huffing. Seeing Wang Yang's unrepentant smile, she felt like giving him a good beating.

Wang Yang paused, suddenly remembering that Bulma was different from Chi-Chi; even if she worried about him letting Wang Sheng fight, she would eventually respect his decision.

Just like every other unreasonable request he made, even if she was reluctant, she would always give in.

"Bulma, I didn't consider your feelings this time and made you worry. I promise to discuss things with you properly next time." Wang Yang apologized, his attitude sincere.

"I'll spare you for now. Where is Little Sheng?" Bulma asked with a huff.

"Over there!" Wang Yang pointed at Wu Sheng.

"Goku said he was Gohan, and now you say he's Little Sheng. What exactly is going on?" Bulma asked, frowning in confusion.

"It's like this..." Wang Yang explained the Fusion process to her.

"If they're so powerful when they fuse, why didn't you teach them to do it when Gohan was getting beaten so badly earlier?" Chi-Chi yelled at Son Goku.

Son Goku gave an awkward laugh and scratched his head.

"Impossible, absolutely impossible! Gohan wasn't beaten badly at all; you must have seen it wrong. Look, he's still standing there looking majestic. If you don't believe me, I'll call him over, and you can ask him yourself if he was beaten badly," Wang Yang said, shaking his head with righteous indignation.

"We all saw it, how could we have seen it wrong?" Oolong muttered.

"You must have been mistaken. It was definitely an illusion from Fortuneteller Baba's crystal ball that failed to show the truth. That old woman is unskilled and charges too much; don't ask her for readings anymore, I'll do them for you," Wang Yang insisted, refusing to back down.

"These little brats are truly ungrateful, not paying for their readings!"

Back at Kame House, Fortuneteller Baba was grumbling about Bulma and the others, muttering to herself incessantly.

She suddenly sneezed, blowing the crystal ball off its stand.

"Which heartless wretch is slandering me behind my back? Let me find you!"

"..."

"How is it you again? Forget it, I won't hold it against you this time." Seeing the familiar face in the crystal ball, Fortuneteller Baba guiltily cut off the spell.

Wang Yang gave Bulma a subtle wink.

Bulma, catching on immediately, delivered a sharp blow to Oolong's head.

"Shut your mouth! Wang Yang said it was a mistake, so it must have been Fortuneteller Baba's error."

"..." Oolong looked deeply wounded. I was telling the truth, so why did I have to get hit too?

"..." Master Roshi shrank his head into his shoulders and slowly retreated behind Oolong.

"Right, right, right, Wang Yang is right. Gohan really didn't get beaten up that badly." At this moment, Son Goku laughed heartily.

"You're still laughing? If you hadn't spent the last two years obsessed with training and away from home, Gohan wouldn't have had to go into battle. He could be at home right now, studying hard and being a good boy," Chi-Chi scolded Son Goku incessantly.

"Chi-Chi, you don't need to worry. Once the battle is over, Gohan will be able to study properly!"

After saying this, Son Goku gave Chi-Chi a gentle, comforting pat.

BANG!

"Ah!"

A streak of light flashed by, accompanied by a massive scream. Chi-Chi was seen embedded in a boulder in the shape of a cross.

"Chi-Chi!" Son Goku looked at his own palm, let out a loud cry, and flew toward her.

Wang Yang watched Son Goku, speechless. This was the consequence of failing to control one's own strength.

"Mom!"

Wu Sheng also ran over, looking nervous.

"Dad, why did you hit Mom? Look at how badly you hurt her," Wu Sheng complained to Son Goku.

"Well, Gohan, I didn't control my strength well. I just gave her a light pat and sent her flying!"

Son Goku helped Chi-Chi up and gave a dry laugh toward Wu Sheng.

"Wang Yang..."

Bulma looked at Chi-Chi's miserable state, her throat bobbing as she swallowed hard.

"What's wrong?" Wang Yang asked, puzzled.
