Right after that, AF Son Goku's figure vanished from the ring as well. Everyone in the stands stared in stunned amazement.
"Where did they go?" Champa asked.
Vados smiled. "They're still on the ring. We just can't see them with the naked eye."
"Son Goku used the Law of Void to take Ye Ming into his own pocket of void."
"I think Son Goku has laid plenty of attacks in that pocket of void, waiting for Ye Ming to enter."
Back in a dark, shadowy space, Ye Ming thought, I didn't expect Son Goku to be so skilled at using the Law of Void. I only wanted to test him; I wasn't planning to counterattack.
I never expected him to drag me into this mysterious, shadowy space. I can sense danger here.
Right then, dozens of densely packed attacks swept toward him from all directions. They were energy blasts infused with Hakai Energy, but Ye Ming didn't panic. His body dodged them on its own.
Suddenly, a pair of hands reached out from the void and grabbed Ye Ming. It was AF Son Goku. In the distance, a gigantic energy sphere hurtled toward him. It was powerful enough to destroy an entire galaxy.
"This power is enough to leave you badly injured, but it won't kill you," AF Son Goku said.
So that's his plan, Ye Ming thought. This space has clearly been altered by AF Son Goku. You could say it's his domain.
AF Son Goku planted his trap here a long time ago. The moment I entered, I'd be hit by his lethal attack.
Ye Ming tried to break free, but AF Son Goku was incredibly strong, and there was nothing he could do.

The ring on Nameless Planet was blasted open, leaving a vast crater. The void above it was completely torn apart.
Everyone in the stands stood up and held their breath, waiting to see what would happen.
Ye Ming was blasted out, his body bearing several wounds. But AF Son Goku was in bad shape too—he'd also been caught in the blast.

"Impressive," AF Son Goku said with a faint smile. "That attack barely hurt you."
Ye Ming brushed the dust off his clothes. "Likewise, Son Goku. You've got quite the plan. You trapped me in your domain and tried to land a lethal blow, hoping to defeat me once and for all."
"I have to admit, it was a good plan. But unfortunately for you!"
Ye Ming had used the Law of Time and Space to shift most of the damage away. But AF Son Goku hadn't let him get away with it; he'd used all his strength to wield the Law of Void and disrupt Ye Ming's trajectory through time and space.
AF Son Goku had also taken the opportunity to hit Ye Ming hard in the back with an energy blast.
That had been a flawless strategy. If Ye Ming hadn't possessed the Law of Time and Space, he would have been completely defeated by now!
Beerus didn't know exactly what had happened, but he could tell that Ye Ming had been at a slight disadvantage.
Whis said gravely, "AF Son Goku may have used the Law of Void to trap Ye Ming in an unknown place and planted most of his attacks there. That's what caused the explosion just now."
Whis's deduction had been spot-on!
Ye Ming smiled at AF Son Goku. "That attack of yours was impressive. So, is it my turn now?"
As he spoke, Ye Ming powered up, and a deep light blazed from his body, like a river of stars.
Without warning, he appeared beside AF Son Goku. AF Son Goku was startled, but quickly reacted.
However, just as AF Son Goku was about to attack, he froze in place and couldn't move.
Ye Ming had used the Law of Time and Space. He knew he could only hold AF Son Goku for a second or two, since Son Goku could break free with the Law of Void and his sheer strength.
During those few moments, Ye Ming launched a furious assault. AF Son Goku desperately circulated the Law of Void, trying to break free.
AF Son Goku was immobilized, taking Ye Ming's relentless attacks. Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.
Suddenly, Ye Ming unleashed his energy, and a gigantic energy sphere appeared in front of AF Son Goku.
"This is my return gift, Son Goku," Ye Ming said with a smile.
At the last possible moment, AF Son Goku broke free of the Law of Time and Space's restraint. A Kamehameha instantly gathered in his hands, and he charged it toward Ye Ming's energy sphere.
Boom!!!
The entire Universe 6 trembled violently from the impact. Whis and Vados kept up the barrier. Otherwise, the entire Universe 6 might have been reduced to dust.
Standing on the ring, AF Son Goku saw that Ye Ming had vanished from the sky and immediately sensed that something was wrong.
Ye Ming had already hooked both arms around AF Son Goku's from behind. Golden light flickered in his eyes as terrifying energy surged out once again.
Ye Ming attacked AF Son Goku at point-blank range. Though AF Son Goku used the Law of Void and Hakai Energy to avoid some of the attack, he was still badly wounded.
A terrifying mushroom cloud rose over the ring. The people in the stands were so shocked by the immense power that they couldn't speak. They'd lost the ability to form words.
When the explosion cleared, Ye Ming stood high above the ring, while AF Son Goku knelt on it, gripping his arm with one hand.
Ye Ming smiled faintly. "Son Goku, what did you think of the power of that attack? You reacted fast, though. The instant I made contact with you, you laid an attack in the void."
"Otherwise, I'd have ended up just like you."
Ye Ming watched AF Son Goku intently. He had to admit that AF Son Goku was a worthy opponent. Some of his attacks were impossible to sense until they struck.
If Ye Ming hadn't reacted quickly, he would have been caught in that explosion. He'd held something back, covering his back with part of the Law of Time and Space to guard against a sneak attack from AF Son Goku.
It was better to be cautious. Ye Ming was glad he'd stayed on his guard. In a battle between masters, every detail and strategy mattered.
AF Son Goku was clearly badly injured. He got to his feet and said to Ye Ming, "This is the toughest battle I've had since coming to this time and space! No—in my own time and space, there was no one like you either."
"Ye Ming, meeting a master like you in this place is a stroke of luck for me. Even if I lose this time, I won't lose every time."
Looking at AF Son Goku's determined face, Ye Ming could feel how resolved he was to grow stronger. AF Son Goku had changed a great deal compared with the Son Goku of their universe.
Ye Ming regarded AF Son Goku with respect. "Maybe we can meet up often from now on and become the closest of friends—or even comrades-in-arms."
AF Son Goku met Ye Ming's sincere gaze. He knew his strength had earned Ye Ming's recognition. Perhaps Ye Ming saw him as a Saiyan or an Earthling who was striving to become stronger!
