He studied Ye Ming closely, trying to find an opening. Ye Ming's arms hung at his sides, leaving him seemingly wide open, but AF Son Goku knew that this was a show of confidence in his own strength.
AF Son Goku grinned. The next second, his figure vanished from the center of the arena and appeared behind Ye Ming. Just as Ye Ming was about to raise his hand to attack, AF Son Goku suddenly disappeared.
"Hm?" Ye Ming glanced at the spot where AF Son Goku had vanished. He hadn't sensed a thing.
Suddenly, Ultra Instinct sensed danger, and Ye Ming's body adjusted at once.
He punched hard into the empty space before him, and AF Son Goku's figure appeared.
Just as I thought. AF Son Goku had hidden himself in another dimension. With his strength, he could definitely pull it off! Ye Ming thought.
Suddenly, AF Son Goku swung a punch at him. Just as Ye Ming was about to raise his hand and deflect it, he sensed danger behind him. He glanced back, but saw nothing.
As AF Son Goku's attack was about to hit Ye Ming, he simply smiled at him—and vanished.
Ye Ming immediately sensed that something was wrong.
Ultra Instinct couldn't help him dodge this time. AF Son Goku's punch slammed into Ye Ming's back, smashing him hard into the arena.
On the Universe 7 platform, Beerus stared wide-eyed. He hadn't seen how AF Son Goku had hit Ye Ming, either. Vegeta and the others had no chance of figuring out the trajectory of his attack.
Whis watched Son Goku's attack closely, frowning. "The Son Goku from the other universe is truly formidable. Or perhaps he's long since devised a way to counter Ultra Instinct."
Beerus and the others listened as Whis explained. Perhaps Whis was the only one there who had understood AF Son Goku's technique.
"First, the Son Goku from the other universe hid himself in another dimension. That was a feint, but it still kept Ye Ming from noticing him."

Whis saw the confusion on Beerus's face and said, "Lord Beerus, don't forget that AF Son Goku crossed the void to get here. Even though his god sent him out, he still had to make it to our universe on his own."

Beerus didn't know what to say. He simply sat down.
Whis smiled. "Lord Beerus, don't be discouraged. They're both incredibly powerful, with seemingly boundless potential. But I believe that one day, you'll catch up to them."
After hearing Whis's words, Beerus's fighting spirit flared anew. From then on, he couldn't afford to be lazy anymore. If he kept it up, he might be left behind by the universe.
Ye Ming stood up and looked at AF Son Goku. He frowned, then quickly relaxed and said, "Impressive, Son Goku. You even managed to grasp some of the Law of Void. I never would have expected that."
"I can see you've brought out your trump card. I admit that you're strong enough to be my equal now."
"Hahaha! Thanks for the praise, Ye Ming. I only grasped a little of the Law of Void by chance. Without it, I really wouldn't have had a way to deal with you," AF Son Goku said with a loud laugh.
But the next moment, Ye Ming punched AF Son Goku in the stomach, making him double over and cough up bile.
Champa of Universe 6 was so startled that his ears shot straight up.
AF Son Goku glanced sideways at Ye Ming. Ye Ming smiled and told him, "Your Law of Void is impressive, but my Law of Time and Space seems a little stronger!"
Suddenly, Ye Ming unleashed a flurry of attacks against AF Son Goku. He anticipated every defensive move AF Son Goku made and punched him skyward.
Ye Ming appeared behind AF Son Goku in an instant. Two gigantic energy blasts merged into one and hurtled toward him.

The entire exchange lasted only two seconds. Ye Ming slammed AF Son Goku into the arena.
Vados covered her mouth. "Oh my! Mr. Ye Ming is truly remarkable."
Champa hurriedly asked, "Vados, what just happened?"
Vados answered seriously, "Lord Champa, it seems Ye Ming has grasped some of the Law of Time and Space. Just now, Goku spread the Law of Void all around Ye Ming to prevent him from launching a surprise attack."
"But Ye Ming had already sensed where those laws of the void were. He evaded Goku's detection, and that was how Goku ended up knocked down onto the arena."

Before Vados could finish, Champa cut her off, shouting, "Goku would never lose! Never!"

Whis covered his mouth and laughed. Beerus hadn't understood what had happened, but he'd seen Son Goku get knocked down in a very short time.
He smiled, thinking, Ye Ming, show the gods what you can do!
Gods of Destruction could also comprehend the Law of Destruction. But the Gods of Destruction nowadays only possessed the power to destroy; they hadn't comprehended the true power of the law.
AF Son Goku slowly stood up amid the arena's ruins. The barrage of attacks had left him badly hurt.
